Default Centerfolds in Vegas? (customer spends 90k then kills himself)

So I had a customer yesterday that told me about the last time he was in Vegas and went partying with one of his friends, he said it was his first time at a strip club (it was nerdy guy) and he said his friend ended up spending 90k that night and then a week later he killed himself.

This guy seemed pretty messed up by what had happened... and I do, for the most part, believe his story.

I am curious as this didn't happen too long ago...do any girls work at Centerfolds in Vegas? Did anyone experience or hear of a customer spending a lot anytime within the past couple years?

His story was pretty sad...and really just got me thinking about all the dark and negative energy that can surround dancing.

There are so many Vegas urban legends.

This kind of reminds me of a guy who went to Mexico to party with hookers & blow before killing himself (pre-planned) but midway through he changed his mind and came back to the States. Might have been a similar scenario.

I do know a lot of credit card charges in Vegas get disputed...We might think Vegas strippers pull outlandish stunts but honestly the debt run up at the casinos is way higher than strip bar spending.

(edit to add- I know for a fact that as of the mid-2000s a lot of credit card companies would automatically flag/reject high charges on cards in Vegas and require a verbal confirmation to proceed with the charge.)

Right. I mean I looked on their website and it seems this prob happened little after they had opened the location, and even if a customer is really messed up they will confirm amounts.. I've had customers in VIP that called their investment companies to move investment money around in amount of over 25k before, and they weren't very messed up actually either, just little drunk. So who knows it could have been a spending in the heat of the moment and often the customer doesn't know entire tabs until like a week later and they check their statements.
It would have been a lot of smaller charges I'm sure... and he'd need to confirm after it got flagged. But who knows.. it just felt so weird to hear this story...

I have seen a customer be so trusting to give an entertainer of he's choosing his credit card and pin number. And she liquided his account from the ATM each time she got dances/requested more-- Something I probably wouldn't have done; ruining a returning customer.

Or, maybe he'll just get more...
