Default hw to get in the mood for dancing

I'm being rostered on more and more for dancing shifts, this week it was 5, next week is 4. I'm tired and can't really get in the mood for dancing some nights, i need a rest, I'm obviously a bit burnt out. But now I've got a shift tonight and am dreading it, how do you get into the mood for dancing when you aren't feeling it?

Turn on sexy music while you're getting ready. Drink water and some caffeine or just have some rituals you always do beforehand that get you in that mindset like "ok..im doing this". Mine is usually eating a snack then taking my vitamins while running the bath. Also putting my phone someplace else helps because when Im procrastinating I just stay hooked on it. Sucks that your club makes you work beyond your desire, I don't have that issue at my club but it's a similar struggle cause it's hard to make myself go to work when no one is making me.
