    Default Impact of Licenses?

What do you guys think of the cities that have them vs don’t?

    Is it:
    1. An annoying speedbump that has little impact on the clubs?
    2. Something that makes it easier for dancers to make money after they jump through the hoops?
    3. Something that makes it more difficult for dancers to make money because of another reason?

More specifically, would a license affect...?
    income potential
    strictness/laxness with scheduling
    floor rules
    extras
    dancers looks/behavior

I’ve personally never worked where I needed one. I wondered what you guys thought.

How would a license affect your earnings? Customers don't know about them..

My cities have licensing. The one is cheap and takes 15 mins to get. The other is over $150 and takes a couple hours of running around and fingerprinting.

I think the more expensive one weeds out newbies (or maybe it's just the club). I think we've had two brand new to dancing girls in the last year. The ones who are doing it on a lark don't want to pay for the license.

i wish miami had one.. would cut the amount of dancers in half probably..

it does deter people from trying on a whim... for example i've been wanting to go back to key west to work but the license is $250!! way too much for me to go for a weekend...
