    Default Knee pads

Anyone ever heard of dancers getting away with the knee-pad look at work? Where might I find ones that aren't chunky, in say..leopard print? Im thick and socks dont really work for my look, so I'm thinking of wearing knee pads a couple times a week to offset the wear on my knees. Wouldn't it be nice if some of these amazing stripper costume designers made knee pads using all that fenty and chanel logo fabric lol.

I got these, but the gown club I was at wouldn't let me wear them unless they were covered by socks or stockings. I will take them for a spin if I try the mid-tier club I have been eyeing. Although I have not gotten to try them out for dancing, I have worn them at home with my dancer shoes to get a feel for how they will work. They are quite comfortable and much sleeker than typical sport knee pads, since they are designed for dancers, and I think they would work well.

If you're especially crafty, I guess you could fashion covers for them that would match your outfits. I think the light colour will probably pop, depending on the club lighting. That was the reason I was told by the gown club manager that they had to be concealed.

I never work without knee pads. I'm not going to subject my joints to more wear and tear than absolutely necessary. I hope to keep dancing until I'm 50 at least.

I personally think knee pads look cute when you do a sporty look. This kind is sticky enough that I can still climb the pole with them on: https://www.amazon.com/Mighty-Grip-D.../dp/B07BNRZJ4Q

I also wear knee pads under thigh-high boots.
