Default appetite suppressant that is NOT a stimulant.

I desperately need something to control my appetite/straight up constant hunger. I am literally always hungry/ or have an appetite.

It has to be something that's not a diet pill, like phentermine etc. basically something that doesnt makes me hyper. if I take a diet pill, I will drink at work cause they make me wanna drink. and I am trying to be completely sober at work... ugh I feel like this is hopeless.

Have you tried grapefruit? It's an age old remedy..a fresh one, of course. Some combine it w/coffee
You're supposed to eat, o, half or so before every meal, I usually do less.
However, watch out it's very acidy, rinse you mouth well afterward
Also, if you're on any meds, discuss w/your Dr. grapefruit's very powerful & can affect meds.

I like it cause it's a good cleanser, combined w/coffee.

Intermittent fasting. There’s a lot of different approaches that ppl take, I personally do a 18/6 cycle only twice a week, though you can even start with just once a week if you’d like. So I have a 6 hour window of eating where I’ll do my usual have breakfast and another meal, then fast for 18 hours and drink only water, it seems like a long time which it was the first few times I’ll be honest it’s pretty grueling, but you’ll be surprised how quickly your body adapts. The human body has evolved and survived millennia going long periods without food, starvation is a natural state that allows us to boost autophagy (the body’s way of regenerating cells, getting rid of the old and forming new cells. It’s like if you want to deep clean and redesign your home, not only are you going to have to throw out all the old shit, you’re gonna have to also refrain from buying new shit and taking up all that space. Fasting is the same concept, it allows your body to enter a state of killing old cells, and since you’re also refraining from continuously eating, frees up the “space” for your body to reach a better homeostasis which will naturally come with a better, healthier appetite.)

Consume more proteins, healthy fats, and cooked vegetables. Lay off the sugar. If you commit to this for a 2-3 week period I guarantee your cravings/hunger will get kicked to the curb. I used to have hunger cravings (or should I say HANGRY) to where I would start shaking I could think of absolutely nothing but getting food in my stomach and it would always be rice or bread. Since I began to fast & just lay off all the bad starches altogether I can go much much longer without gorging myself cause I’m fuller for longer and in that time I make better food choices because I’m more patient.
Unsophisticated in the finest sense of the word.

^unfortunately I haven’t danced in a long time, but I’ve worked multiple bar/server jobs since then which requires a lot of running around and physicality. My only suggestion would be to bring a lunch w good protein, healthy fats, and veggies, and whenever you feel a pang of hunger when you feel you’ve already eaten enough that day, just drink water instead. Sometimes what we think is hunger is just boredom.

Here's what has worked well for me: Fill up a big cup/bottle/flask/whatever of cold water, then squirt in a little bit of peppermint extract and stir/shake it up. It tastes great, is calorie free (or very close to it), makes it easier for me to get in my daily water requirement, and mint is a natural appetite suppressant. It's not as strong as something like an EC stack, but there are no stimulant effects. I'm not going to lie, I do still get hungry here and there, but it does A LOT to take the edge off. BONUS: My burps smell like candy cane!

I don't recommend using appetite suppressants. I used to use several and many of them contain high amounts of caffeine and other unhealthy ingredients. I recommend eating foods that are high in fiber so that you stay full for a long time, like oatmeal, mangoes, etc.

Also, make sure you're eating enough.

Ask a doctor to about Wellbutrin, it can help curb appetite cravings. Also good for quitting smoking.

I know that most contain caffeine, which is why I specifically asked for ones that don't... and I definitely eat enough, I eat too much which is why I need the appetite suppressant lol!! if I eat veggies/low cal I don't have energy at work, but if I eat until I am full/satisfied I stay fat

One trick like mentioned above is to

    Eat more protein/fiber

This helps you stay full longer. (Ex chicken, turkey, eggs, Greek yogurt, nut/seed butters, etc) You can eat protein bars, drink protein shakes/meal replacement shakes in between meals. https://www.prevention.com/food-nutr...-replacements/ Look at the nutrition label. I like to see at least 10g of protein.

    Eat/snack BEFORE you get hungry

When you are hungry, your mind is desperate and will lean toward fast food/junk food

I tried the new Keto Slim Fast bars and found that they suppress my appetite. I don't know if that's just me or if it's something that's in them or something to do with how our body processes them.

Because I am depressed I take Wellbutrin. Almost every person has seasonal depression and that's one of the things it treats. I can't handle a serotonin medication. One of the known sides is weight loss, in some, extreme. I went from 132 to 108 pounds in less than a year and I eat the worst food possible. I lost my boobs and my great behind and I was so weak I had lots of wrecks skating when I've skated all my life, one landed me with a concussion. So, I was losing muscle..still...I thought my loss was due to skating daily, but I never thought if that was the case, my butt would be getting bigger..not smaller.

Before that I used to body build. The husband got on Wellbutrin, he's also dropping weight and has no appetite. That's another thing, it will kill your appetite. You will eat when you feel like you will pass out if you don't.

At first, I noticed this when my hair started falling out more than usual because I process it so it usually does fall out, some. But no, it was coming out in wads. So I went to my doctor and she said immediately that my Wellbutrin was likely causing me to lose my appetite. And I was anorexic without the mental aspect. I literally didn't know I wasn't eating. So, I started taking Biotin for my hair as she suggested and I started a multi vitamin and Ensure. I still struggle to eat, but I did correct my "anorexia".

If you are depressed, ask if Wellbutrin is a good drug for you. My doctors all love it as a great drug, but my friend who is an RN has a seizure disorder and cannot take it, it lowers your seizure threshold. It is also in a smoking cessation drug that's out now. Since it seems everyone seems to be depressed these days, I mentioned it. I wouldn't take it if I wasn't depressed, though. It's a pretty strong medication.

But IF you are good at keeping schedules, you can meal plan and eat on the drug. It's not like it makes you sick if you eat, or you force feed yourself, it's as if you just stop thinking you need to eat.

Cayenne Pepper works as an appetite suppressant if you can take the spice. I add it to my eggs most mornings and then I get to work. It may be time to visit a nutritionist to determine what's best for your body.

I got this stuff from Walmart called lean mode. Best bet is go on bodybuilding.com. I don’t normally use them I just wanted some extra help with my strip trip nearing.

Bodybuilders typically rely on filler foods soup, salad, lots of diet soda when cutting.

For the most part we eat with our eyes, so also try using small plates and bowls.

I hate to say this, but the only way to lose weight is to eat clean and be willing to go through the discomfort of being hungry. I’m not saying that to be a bitch. I hate seeing people waste money on supplements!

The one from Modere is not a supplement its straight appetite suppressant. You drink it once a day and your hunger cravings are gone.

With my antipsychotic meds always put in a state of hunger and being tried. Trying it from Modere has been a lifesaver.

IT's just how their product line of M3 works.

I'm with the intermittent fasting crowd, though I also appreciate the grapefruit suggestion!

Intermittent fasting works great for me. At the beginning, I used to get headeaches. Powering through them for a few days (using distraction) has made this problem go away. I can fairly easily fast for days, if I want to, at this point. I've lost enough weight that I no longer want to.

During my "intermittent" period, grapefruit is a nice low-calorie tasty thing to have. I love them, and it doesn't seem to break the cycle. Tea is nice, too.

My intermittent style is to eat only one major meal a day (evening), with occasional small snacks before (such as the aforementioned grapefruit). Most days, it is NOT an imposition. It's a relief from the constant search for food, actually. For some unknown reason, I get days when it doesn't work and I want to eat everything in sight. I used to battle that, but having now lost enough weight, I just let it do it's thing when it happens. It's now fairly common that I'll do something like eating 4-5000 calories in one day and not much for the next 2-3. It's fun when my desire to eat everything in sight coincides with a buffet-style scenario :-). But most days, I can be content with a bit of bread, hummus, and some vegetables.
