    Default What is this move?

There is a move I've seen a few times but I don't know what it is called (or how to do it, but I want/need to learn it). Basically, while standing (presumably can be done on the floor too) the girl shakes her entire body at once, like she is being electrocuted but it's cute. I think primarily though it's the hips upwards do a tight quick shaking/quaking move.Is there a name for this? I want to find a tutorial. I try to tense my upper body to the point of shaking and it just doesn't work but then I can't figure out how to shake my entire torso at once (not shimmying, it's smaller and includes the stomach not just the breasts).

    help

idk but now I'm calling it the electrocuted stripper in my head lol

edit: i found this this explanation

most people do it with their legs that is bending their knees a bit and then come back to initial position and doing this continuous and faster keeping body loose

but if you really want a hardcore vibration like poppers do.. you need to learn to flex your muscles of your hands and simultaneously vibrating your chest by exhaling like you do in kapalbharati (pranayam) that is while exhaling tighten your diaphragm for a fraction of second and make it loose again and repeat it

diaphragm is a place between your chest and belly straight bellow your ribs

and one thing it wont be done in a day you need to practice at least for a week

Do you have a video? I can't picture what you're talking about.

Maybe give us a video where you might have seen this. Or if you could picture a celebrity doing it, what celebrity comes to mind? What songs would be good for this move?

He does something extremely similar at about 1:31 but only for a split second, the part where he shakes his entire body sort of at once. I've seen girls do it in music videos but now I can't find any who do. Lol
