Crossfingers New camgirl - wanting to know about whether it's too late to form LLC for tax/privacy

    Hello everybody!

I am a new camgirl and have not made $600 on any cam sites I'm on yet.

Could I form an LLC now and update my info on the camsites so I do not get a personal 1099 form?

In the past I had planned on being a nurse or a teacher and after reading through the forum, apparently any ceritfication based future career will do a FBI level background check. Would I possibly in the clear for either of those careers in the future if I fix this now?

    Thank you

Well make $600 or more from a cam site,

Yes set yourself up as a business it helps with creating other income in many other industires.

Cash Machine for Life book I've been reading a lot lately by Loral Langemerier. highly suggest people should be a LLC. or INC. for varies income producing reasons.

Awesome! Thanks for such a fast response

I'll definitely look into forming an LLC.

Honestly, I'd love to make camming my full time career but I'd like to get a degree in something just as a fail safe,

I recommend LLC but not for those reasons. I’m an RN, it does not show up on an FBI background. That is a myth. It hurts your chances when/if you are outted, which is always a risk in this industry.
