very upset about my cardio fitness score. It's now very good instead of excellent. I really need to train more!!! Get better sleep, and eat right.

Worked yesterday and contemplating on working today but I don't know if its a mess or not. Lol. Went outside 2 times which was difficult, but I did it! Happy!
It is! I know. I think the meds are doing something too. I am finding myself very, very tired the last few days. So I think there is something going on in the brain, which depletes my energy but at the same time, helps me! So thats awesome. Now I need to quit the Red Bull which makes anxiety, of course, worse. I should drink a small cup of coffee instead. Or green tea, but I am afraid that will also trigger my anxiety since I can't handle caffeine that well.
Sparkling Kefir water is a great probiotic that will give you bursts of energy. Most do have an acquired taste but really do the trick if you want to minimize your caffeine intake. FYI Kombucha isnt the same thing. Those are loaded with caffeine and make me jittery af. Instead I try to drink a sparkling kefir drink every morning or a smoothie with a little kefir milk.

do you ladies find it painful or really uncomfortable to wear the toy inside you during shifts?
i started wearing it just inside my panties , but once i get up and move it falls to the ground
so i have to shove it in during shows. but its so uncomfortable.
should the wire be facing towards your butt or towards your front ? does it matter?
how far in do you push it?
any tips?
it barely fits in there as it is.

I am feeling quite well today! The sun is shining here and I feel good. took a pretty big walk this morning, the meds are working !!!! Making me VERY VERY tired tho.
Good to hear. Sometimes a higher dose is necessary to get you leveled out. Speak to your psych about lowering the does possibly to see if it cures the fatigue.

Maybe try shop around for a new vibe, see if there’s a smaller or more comfortable one for you? I have the lovense lush 1 and usually keep it on my clit until I’m in a show, where I’ll insert it. Sometimes I forget to take it out though, as it’s pretty comfortable when it’s in right. I use plenty lube to insert it with.
