    If you are a meat eater- red meat is a good source, beans, and leafy greens.

    I struggle with anemia from time to time- usually around my period. I try to make it a point to include red meat, brocolli, spinach in my meal plan.

    I went to a naturopath a while back she recommended taking yellow dock (I realized that you don't want to take pills)- from what she had told me it helps to absorb iron as well. It doesn't get you constipated either. I don't take it all the time just when I feel like my body is running low on it.

    That's a really good mindset to have. When I am feeling stuck/ struggling I ask for guidance as show me what I need to see, what actions I need to take. I find this very helpful to do before I go to sleep. When I wake up and have my quiet journaling time the ideas usually come to me. There has been times where it has taken a couple of days.

    This is good to know. I eat about 4 cups of power greens a day and have about 7 small spears of asparagus a day. It's good to know I'm getting the right stuff. I try to eat as clean as possible for energy. It works out well. I only have one cup of coffee in the morning and have energy all day.

    Got 9 hrs rest, had yummy coffee, and have had 50 oz water so far.

    I'm 3.5 hrs into my shift and decided to do 5 min of EFT tapping for abundance.

    I'll do the Ho'oponopono in an hr.

    Every night I listen to positive affirmations of self-confidence, health, wealth, and abundance. He talks about positive affirmations often. I love this guy! Yes, those positive affirmations are sinking in.

    I don't do ASMR, Although you certainly could.

    Not feeling so hot. 5 days now with a suppressed appetite. Only been eating once a day. This is bad, so today is a full day of self care and eating correctly.

    I got 10 hrs rest and that's a good thing. Now I'm going to meditate several times today, watch healing documentaries, drink 100 oz water, and eat 3 healthy meals today.

    Will update to stay accountable.



    --First update:

    Ate 3 oz veggie spaghetti with 2 cups power greens, pasta sauce, 3 tablespoons vegan kimchi (for probiotics), and half large avocado.

    Drank 50 oz water so far.



    --Second update:

    Drank a total of 80 oz so far.

    Meditated to balance chakras for 38 min. Damn, I feel good.

    Thanks for posting this tapping session. I normally do the tapping with Brad Yates. I just did this one and I liked it a lot I felt a shift afterwards. I'm going to do it for the rest of this month. That Ho'oponopono you posted is the same one I use too

    This abundance tapping session has me vibrating so high when I do it. Like literally vibrating it's so awesome.

    I do two different Ho'oponoponos but the one I linked is best before bed. Man, it's so healing. I love it!!!

    I've decided to go back to nights. I honestly just think it works better. Right now I'm gonna have to really keep my vibrations high and make sure that when I can get that sleep in I do. But I rather enjoy my night crowd on any website I work and idk, logging on during the day is not as beneficial to me as I thought. Especially now that I'm finding ways to make more time with my son. I'm gonna work on a schedule that better fits me and hopefully the groove will stick.

    Just keep your mental health in mind. I did 2 night shifts this week that were very profitable, but it messed up my sleep schedule. It wasn't good for me. I'm gonna make days work. I just have to keep my vibe up too.

    Try meditation and tapping doll. It all helps.
