    Since I've decided to go back to being a night shift hoe that means I need to go back to taking naps during the day. If I have to medicate to get the cycle started, so be it. Once my youngest gets off the bus, I'm feeding everybody, bathing butts, and then getting a little rest. I refuse to let this 7 day head start go to waste.

    ^^Are you Bipolar 1? If you are...you NEED to be sleeping at night. I wouldn't fuck with the night shift. I make $800 on avg streaming 30 hrs a week day shift. 3pm-8pm CST.

    2, with Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia. Basically my lows are just wayyyyyy lower and harder to get out of when it happens. But the mania is just as shitty. I'm just gonna keep trying 11am ish-5:30pm. That's literally it or night shifts my living situation and sharing a room with my son doesn't allow it.

    ^^KK. For your mental health it's a really good idea to preserve the best sleep schedule at night. Listen, your night guys will be around during the day too. My day regs were there at night too. Fuck, these guys are always horny. You'll get paid and stay healthy while you're at it. PLUS you can be with your baby during the times you can as you're both on the same sleep schedule.

    It's just best this way. You'll build regs. You'll get paid. You'll do well if you are consistent and keep streaming regularly.

    Ive been super lazy this week as traffic and my earnings have been awful....so, today, I figured id be productive since Saturday is my short day anyway. Signed up to 3 new sites (old sites, new to me), waiting on approval, and did a couple NF and a SP show in between. I feel pretty productive, so now I can take off and rest and not feel like i wasted both my makeup and my time today. Gonna get in my pajamas, eat some leftover Chinese, and watch the newest episode of American Horror Story. Im gonna make this next week my bitch, one way or another, starting tomorrow. Gotta get the money together for a tip vibe, an ASMR mic, and stuff i want on Black Friday....for now tho....rest

    Oh its ok I know you were enjoying your day off with your ex and things lol. I thought about something when you said your ex im not sure how you all ended things on a positive note or not but I've heard so many stories of people healing relationships with family, friends old partners ect. out of the blue when they started using Ho'oponopono so when you said you been doing that lately a light bulb went off in my head when you said ex.

    That gratitude video does help especially with feeling grateful for the things we sometimes overlook. I'm trying to learn to not take things for granted. I also decide to look at camming from a different perspective its not where I want to be but I can always look at the good points about it as I build other things on the side. Also I did a little trick before camming as I was getting ready to get online I said I love my job the cam customers are always so generous and it actually has helped with the day so far. I dont love it but I figured if I say it enough I might start believing it and they may in return love me by giving me more money lol like they used to when my attitude was positive.

    Yes, sister, saying "I love my job" works. To get through my University studies I'd say "I love math" or whatever subject I was grappling with. I legit aced all my courses by doing that.

    The power our minds have is incredible. Truly remarkable really.

    I learned to take it easy on working out. Right now I am on the Insanity Workout program. Came back to it after almost 5 years, determined to finish it. I bought a foam puzzle mat that is extremely helpful to my joints and now, the program is suddenly very doable.
    The only problem is inconsistency. If back in the past I used to abandon it, when I was skipping 1-2 weeks in a row, today I learned to be kind to myself. I realised that I don't have to workout 6 days a week, to keep up with it. And now it's much easier for me.
    I worked out the first 2 weeks, following the schedule. Then I had to 2 weeks off and this week I was thinking that, that's it, I have to start all over again. I was already thinking to abandon, when I realised that I can just workout whenever I can.
    With that being said, this week I managed to workout for 4 days. I worked out every other day. Or with 2 days off. And so on.
    I feel much better like that, I didn't lose any progress, even if I was for 2 weeks off. It actually helped my muscles recover a little and the workouts went smooth.
    From now on, if I will be able to workout 6 days in a row, I will. If I will only be able to workout 2 days, then 3 days off and so on, I will, also, do it.
