    The third eye sensation for me is like varies from a numb heavy feeling (no discomfort) and then at times it feels like it pulsing-now it does it do all the time but it's at random spurts. I talked to my healer this weekend and she said that it will do that just remind that it's still there.

    Other news: since daily LOA meditation I've been seeing number patterns that usually occur around thoughts of camming and my new business. I repeatedly see: 2:22, 5:55, and 11:11.

    Directly after my Kundalini session and detox bath I hopped onto the laptop and there it was 11:11 and I saw it on my phone too. Then this AM while updating a freelancer profile for a way to acquire clients I saw 11:11 on my freelancer profile at time of login and then saw it on my laptop too.

    Yesterday I saw 5:55 three times and this AM again on laptop as I was preparing to stream. Then when I did goal progress calculation for the SM contest it was actually 55.55

    2:22 I see so frequently I can't even.

    I have always noticed the time. If you had a pager way back when then you know about pager codes. I've always noticed 143 meaning I love you or 823 which is thinking of you...but there hasn't been a phase in my life that these 3 number patterns keep showing up.

    I'm both excited and slightly overwhelmed.

    Done with day 6 of the diet. And I did quit it also.
    Ok, not completely, I will still follow it till day 13, but I am adding oilive oil, salt and spices and a bit of carbs.
    Lost 6 lbs.
    I am pleased.

    This week been eating an alkalizing breakfast of brown rice, avacado, tomato, sunflower shoots, liquid aminos, flax seed oil and lemon juice. Today for lunch made myself a delicious soy ginger salmon and salad. Dinner is pasta (don't judge me lol)

    Been drinking ACV tea with raw honey at night along with taking detox baths.

    Doing daily meditation sometimes multiple times a day along with morning journaling. Tapping when I feel like it is needed. Before logging onto cam I have been doing the auric field meditation to protect my energy- really seems like an effective shielding method for me.

    So far I have made it to the gym 3 times this week, one more day to go

    Energy and focus is good so I am happy about that. Still working on creating a good daily structure (it's a work in progress)

    Here to make an update... my boyfriend and I are planning things out for me to work at camming and clips again instead of continuing with the background check etc to work at the call center. I think he couldn't handle watching me break down over it anymore. I'm planning out my approach. Before, I have tried to craft a camming persona that was a little too disingenuous to my personality but moderately the real me, a camming persona that was essentially "look at me naked, please pay me," and a camming persona that was not a persona at all, just me, but I was oversharing personal details. So... I'm planning out a fair mix of these three. The real me, but focusing on the sexy aspect. I'm not starting with the mentality of "please pay me" but rather "let's get as many followers as possible." Clips are easier. Just make more of them haha.

    I think I'm going to read over this entire thread over the next couple days. I'm planning to start Sunday when my boyfriend's work schedule changes. I know that the two biggest faults I've had camming are not following a schedule and not being engaging enough on cam. Instead of focusing on my tip menu, I am focusing on those aspects. I think the big trade in call center vs sex work is anxiety vs showing up. I am 10x more likely to panic badly at the call center job, and 10x more likely to stop showing up camming. I'm working out what metrics I need to meet to keep doing sex work. If I'm not following my schedule in a few weeks and can't say "I am doing my absolute best on cam." then I've really screwed up, and it'll only be me to blame.

    As for self care, I'm working out a gentle morning routine of walking my dog and drinking hot tea... I'm going out today to buy some skin and hair care products to help me feel my best, and I'm planning on doing a lot of yoga on cam. Both something to do on cam, and something that really helps me feel healthier.

    I'm noticing a huge intersection between sex workers and paganism/new ageish stuff. I think it's fascinating!

    Excellent ideas...and please do that daily LOA meditation I linked you to after tea in the AM. It has transformed my life in just 24 days. Hardly any anxiety and I used to suffer BAD. Meds couldn't even help.

    I like your plan. I think it's doable and will leave an impression with members. Baby steps is my advice. Let the bad days fall by the wayside and focus on abundance, peace, and happiness.

    Day 3 since Kundalini rising and the headache is now gone. It took many hours of sleep (11 exactly) to feel better. I just have this sense of peace. It's been quite the challenge this week on SM with contest, and today has been the worst for sales...yet I feel content.

    Now 27 days free of derealization and zero anxiety daily. It's so marvelous as I'm currently on day 24 of the meditation. It's like it's hypnotized my subconscious with peace, happiness, and abundance. Wild!

    I've eaten very clean today: blueberries and asparagus, half large avocado, power greens lightly fried in extra virgin olive oil, vegan kimchi, and stirred in with a sweet n spicy tuna.

    Have had 60 oz filtered water on my next 20 oz now. Meditated twice with great heart rate results.

    Today has been a great day. Intention is to continue keeping my vibe up for the last 2 hrs of this 6 hr shift.

    The first time I took note of 5's was after my first reiki session in November. She told me to pay attention when the numbers 1,2,5, and 9 show up.

    I didn't see the 5's until December- that was when I spoke my truth to my ex. I had sent the message at 5:55. I didn't notice until after I sent.

    Before the first session I knew that my throat chakra was blocked because I had been struggling to communicate my boundaries with customers in free chat. I do like to connect and conversate with my customers but they were consuming my energy and time, I wasn't being compensated for it.

    After the session I was able to communicate to them- that if you want to chat- tip. So I believe that was the positive change there and for me it was big leap. I have struggled with asking for what I want, boundaries, etc. along overthinking the issue.

    Recently after this last reiki session I am seeing 5's often on here. So I know what I am working on - taking care of me- nurturing myself is the positive change.

    Lately I am seeing a lot 2's 1's and 11:11 and 8's are popping up here and there.

    The 1's and 11:11 I am seeing when I am doing the work on myself- mediation or I am thinking about the different changes to make in my life for it flow. When I see it- I know I am on the right track.

    That breakfast sounds soooo good.

    Structure is so hard for me- especially getting up at the same time consistently. The flexibility of camming is really a double-edged sword in that aspect!

    One thing that's supposed to help with focus & energy is clary sage! Before logging on a drop several drops of lavender, eucalyptus and clary sage essential oils around my work space to help keep me calm, energized and focused. I'm thinking of getting a diffuser.

    I'm struggling to listen to the LOA meditation, I feel like 30 minutes is too long.

    Today is my last day of prep before I start camming tomorrow, it's hard to not just be "go go go!" But... here goes. I'm going to listen anyway!

    I admit that the idea of a meditation fixing my anxiety when years of therapy and trying over a dozen medications and every other self help technique I could find sounds a little far-fetched. But Miss_ShaSha, your endorsement moves me. It sounds like our struggle with anxiety may be fairly similar.

    Done. Wow. That was incredible. After the first several minutes I felt my scalp tingling and a moment later teared up briefly. Slightly further in, I started imagining what I want - camming, gaining followers, starting to make money, and getting ALL my checklist done today. After several more minutes I felt my mind shifting to my bigger dreams, longer term dreams. Within 30 seconds of my mind shifting to the bigger things, the meditation said something along the lines of "Anything you can dream, everything you desire, consider what you want your life to truly look like." It was a wow moment. The back and forth of the audio reminded me of and began to feel like EMDR therapy. It uses bilateral stimulation to reach the deeper areas of your brain and retrain how it processes things. I even noticed my eyes shifting back and forth. At the end of the meditation I was crying. This is definitely the most powerful meditation I've ever used!!

    Parts of it were very close to a helpful goal-setting (and achieving) video I watched a few days ago, and the rest was more spiritual. I love it. The perfect blended meditation for the analytical side of me and the spiritual side of me.

    Holy shit...despite a horrible week of sales I have had a very peaceful and content feeling most of the week. And this AM, knowing this week was so hard, I'm perfectly calm.

    Taking today off. I've eaten cuties, drank 40 oz water so far, and meditated twice.

    The second meditation session I was so goddamn chill that my avg heart rate was 48 bpm with a low of 41 and no I didn't fall asleep lol. I'm just so calm, accepting, and content.

    Sister! SISTER!!! Solidarity: my anxiety despite everything I could possibly try (therapy, eating right, exercise, skills in CBT, ACT, and DBT, falling asleep to positive affirmations, socializing, and meds) didn't work. Yes, we have a similar type of persistent anxiety.

    Mmmhmm...just nodding in total agreement. It moved me to tears at points too and now at 26 days I've manifest what I've been visualizing: $4750 in deposits to my checking account AND eliminated all derealization and zero anxiety.

    THIS IS YOUR GIFT. You're going to see real change if you're consistent with it.

    You took a chance and that takes some guts. Yeah, it's long at first...but as time goes on it's a fun adventure of visualizations and good feelings while seeing anything you want that you can manifest. I'm proud of you girl! You got this. And it moves me with how vulnerable you are. That takes courage.

    I have not been sticking to my schedule. I have not been staying online. I have not been hitting my goals. I have been letting my anxiety take control and keep me from being responsible. I hate that. I need to stop allowing my mental illnesses to have so much power over me.

    I'm always allowing myself to take breaks when it gets slow, instead of pushing through and being patient. Nope. Not anymore. I'm throwing myself right into a 40hr work week. I made no money last week and I used the contest as an excuse. I'll be working a mix of day and night shifts again.

    How are you ladies keeping yourselves entertained when you're on cam? I've tried having the tv on and I normally have music playing while I'm online, so that won't work. I can't look at my phone because customers leave when you look distracted. I've tried using other tabs for web browsing but I end up missing messages in my chat room. I used to have a second laptop but I dropped it and broke it, so now I'm down to one laptop again. Any advice? I tend to lose my mind when I'm bored.

    I'm in the process of trying to break the habit of logging off when I'm bored. Do you read? I've been trying to read but from a book, I keep out of the way of the cam next to my laptop, so it looks as if I'm staring at the laptop from where the cam is angled.

    I'm interested to see what other people's suggestions are cause I only have one laptop really atm too so I can't watch Netflix or anything whilst I'm working x

    I've thought about reading but all my books are ebooks lol I haven't purchased a physical book in years. I'll have to go to Barnes and Noble soon.

    This is my set up on Chromebook and how I keep my sanity and still pay very close attention to those who enter:

    If you're on Chrome you have the ability to open a whole new window and minimize it so you can see your chat room still. You select from the 3 dots on the far right just below the X close out window or Control+N. This way it's not a tab in the same window, but one all on it's own that you can move and resize.
