If you're on Chrome you have the ability to open a whole new window and minimize it so you can see your chat room still. You select from the 3 dots on the far right just below the X close out window or Control+N. This way it's not a tab in the same window, but one all on it's own that you can move and resize.

    Hope that helps.
I'm an idiot. I've done that before and I don't know why I stopped lmao have any sites that you reccomend?

Haha, not even an idiot. You're just stressed and tried something different and stuck with it. I do the same thing too.

If you have an Android and have Google Play Books you can read all your books while you're online in free. I do it all the time. I tend to frequent a new subscription site called Your Youniverse Tribe about LOA. It's super positive and gives off good energy. I also just do random searches for shits and giggles. If it starts to get bad I'll go to Giphy and look at silly gifs as it doesn't require sound.

Same! And how sha keeps her eyes off cam I just do boobcam myself. If they want to see face, etc, they can do a show! You can still reel them in with keeping your eyes off the cam so you can read, browse, etc, esp if you want to log off cause you're bored because you definitely cant make anything if you log offline!

I just keep my browsing window over my cam view so I can still see my room right beside what I'm reading/browsing. Honestly WITHOUT keeping my face off cam I'd NEVER hit 40hrs a week..no way.

Yup yup. Yeah, it's draining to keep the life in my eyes when I'm sitting there with hardly any traffic plus it looks like I'm paying attention to the cam.

Very long day, but a successful one on SM. For self care today:

Ate blueberries; power greens lightly fried in extra virgin olive oil, salmon, kimchi, and half an avocado.

Drank 60 oz filtered water. Had two cups kava tea with raw unfiltered local honey.

Meditated on the regular LOA meditation I've engaged in for 27 days now. Meditated on positive affirmations about being a powerful creator, EFT tapping for boredom, used a Quantum Code to wake up my Sacral Chakra to stir feelings of sexual desire.

After shift took a very hot bath with Pink Himalayan Salt while listening to subliminals on money magnetism with my cool new bluetooth earbuds (I'm using them at night for hypnosis and to easily accept suggestions).

I feel well and happy. Last week was a test of strength and ability to trust the Universe; this week will be a huge turnaround.

The bluetooth headphones is a really good idea- thank you for sharing this. I have some subliminals that I would love to listen to at night while sleeping but the headphones can be a PITA.

Last weekend I ended up feeling like trash- I am not sure if it was my body going through detoxing and or if I picked up some bug. So I rested.

I picked up some more greens weekend at the market, was in hopes to pick up wheatgrass- found out have to order.

Yesterday my ex messaged me again, and I knocked my energy out of alignment.

This morning I spent about an hour in meditation, journaling with gratitude, and H'onopono because I needed it, then the auric field meditation to shield my energy. Then mantras while I put on the warpaint.

I worked maybe an hour this afternoon before the Pro Bowl started. My adrenals I feel are a little low- was feeling pretty cold while on cam.

Took a power nap. Then hungout with my daughter for a bit.

Just performed the rieki hand energy exercise and practiced scanning chakras.

About to log on for tonight's shift after I touch my makeup up

Its been almost 2 weeks since I started calorie tracking and going back to eating 2 meals per day, and I've been pretty good about keeping it at my allotted calories (1500/day), and because my husband and I go out to dinner every Friday to Cracker Barrel (its a thing, lol) I make sure to do OMAD that day (and be healthier about my meal choices) so I don't blow my calories and I feel great! Its been almost 2 weeks since I've had any chocolate, or WANT any chocolate, and the ACV is definitely helping with that. Girly time is upon us, I'll report back once I get through that and see if it helped me stay off the sweets then too!

I also cooked my first hello fresh meal today. I DID IT! IT WAS INCREDIBLE AND SO TASTY! I AM HOOKED! I made some spicy shrimp and broccoli stir fry today and it legit tasted just like shrimp and broccoli you would get from chinese take-out with a bite, but way better for you and I MADE IT!

I decided to change up my schedule on cam to drop my afternoon shift because I was tired of spending all morning online, trying to eat lunch (which would never happen), rushing to do any errands, getting back online to do 2hrs to try to cook dinner at a reasonable hr, then have a short hr break then back on for the night and so far I'm VERY happy with my schedule change!

Today I almost fell into the trap of, need to take a break, run a few errands, and rush back online to do 2 more hrs in the afternoon because I got on 2hrs late this morning (my kid was sick and I had to take care of her first!) then I stopped and told myself NOPE! we're not falling into that trap again, because then it'll be me rushing around, trying to get a few more hrs in, cooking dinner way too late (without having time to eat lunch!) then stressing about getting right back tonight and I'm proud at myself for saying 'no, its okay if you were short hours and didn't reach 10 total for the day!' -- because both with just recovering from my illness and now my child being sick, sometimes shit is just going to happen and I'm not going to sweat it or the hours, and do the best I can and not let my OCD of '600 minutes' on my daily time online schedule get the better of me, lol. All very good things so far.

Wowie! Today is super tough. Streamed 4 of 8 hrs and I'm at a sad $37. Feelings of frustration and wanting to give up started to swell so I took 5 min to do some EFT tapping for frustration and motivation.

Just what I needed a quick boost of good vibes to help me endure.

    Got this Sha!!!

    Update:

Taking a break to meditate on the Ho'oponopono. I had this strong urge that I needed to do the Ho'oponopono and looked at the time: exactly 2:22.

I'll hop back on after the meditation is complete.

7 days since my Reiki Practitioner assisted with rising Kundalini. Stange things are happening:

Having gut feelings about camming and trying different things out.

I have to thank you Sister Esixxx for mentioning I use my time/energy wisely and sharing your detox bath self care. I am now, as a result, taking a detox bath in Pink Himalayan Salt every night while incorporating money magnetism subliminals. Tonight I stayed in the bath for 45 min. I can only stand a hot, super hot, bath for 15 min so instead I ran the bath super hot then let it sit for about 20 min. When I entered it felt like a warm cocoon. I was able to soak longer and listen to the whole subliminals track.

Interesting: I've had Pink Himalayan Salt for a couple years and only used it for food and as a drink to detox body every 6 months. I read it's super great for detox baths. Why I didn't make the connection is weird, but you spurred this. I am grateful.

I also have to thank both Sister DigiLuv and Sister WebCamCutie for mentioning trusting the Universe and releasing the strong hold on TRYING to make something happen with EXTRA meditations. I am releasing the control and trusting more. I appreciate the continuous mentions as I sometimes learn the hard way. I used to be the worst control freak. It's getting better...but I still need practice.

    #GRATITUDE

    Edit:

Whoa! Just read 20 min max on detox baths a night or you reabsorb the toxins. Yikes. KK, will reduce to 20 min.

    Sister,
We all help each other here. You know if you hadn't mentioned reiki I wouldn't have learned about the detox baths- as my healer said that was something I needed to do every night. It is so relaxing. She advise up to 20 minutes then to drain the water and rinse off the negative residue and visualize it going down the drain.

I light a candle, burn sage along with Palo Santo before bed. It has improved my quality of sleep and is very nurturing.

I laughed when I read this post- last night I did EFT for Letting go and Letting God - because I am a control freak in recovery lol.

I am taking tonight off for mental health reboot

I've got a webcam mount coming tomorrow so I can use different angles and not show my face. Then making a run to pick supplements for my adrenals tomorrow as well.

Sha, you're doing great! Having patience and learning to trust is very important, of course. Like anything else it takes time to master the skills i lose my patience or get hopeless feelings and frustrated sometimes too! Were all human! It happens! But then i know its time for a break for a few days. Love and admire you so much! Everything will be fine, things always work out, letting go makes a huge difference

Self care for me for the next few days: taking some time off, deep cleaning the house, and spending time to 'mom' my Teenager! We went to the Dr today, tested positive for the flu! I knew it! I'm also surprised I actually worked last week while sick with the flu.....kinda feeling like a badass, but now also tired and not giving it my 'all' the past few days and cutting my shifts short because my mind is elsewhere......that means break, rest, FAMILY, come back and kill it in a few days

Great tips from your healer. I'm going to do the same. EFT for that? Lol awesome I'm not alone.

Oh snap, the mount can be good. Interested to hear how that goes.

You're so in tune with your body it's impressive.

Haha, thanks for reminding me I'm only human. We got this!

Did my usual morning routine, and made it to the gym.

Picked up some supplements for feeding my adrenals and for my menstrual cycle- last night was a beotch- I had good deep sleep, but kept waking up to go to the bathroom and then night sweats. Trying out a new supplement for adrenals this one is supposed to feed the adrenal system. In hopes by the third day of taking these that I will feel a difference.

The "clear your house" message I recieved in the last reiki session was spot on. Continuing to make the necessary changes in diet, exercise and life changes-eliminating the unnecessary stress from my schedule and routine, and regular decompress time.

I am going to do a little rearranging for the mount- I am so looking forward to using it tonight. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...QN3FQFMO&psc=1

One thing I have noticed is that my level is patience weak recently

I am ready take names and kick some ass again

Sis, does this make a month at the gym now? You're hulking self care! Hey, this week my patience is weaker. I think it's my goal, not reaching it fast enough, & controlling. Perhaps it's the Ex?

You're detoxing at a massive rate. The body is bound to react. This is so exciting!

Cool mount & affordable. Smooth transitions I'm sure & will provide a plethora of angles. Sweet!

It has been a month at the gym there were a couple weeks I didn't make it four times a week.

I am very thankful that even though my adrenals got knocked out of balance- I know the changes that I need to make in my lifestyle to get my energy levels back up to kick ass mode. I didn't work last night because my bodies thermostat was really off.

I did more research on adrenal fatigue and what causes it. One thing that I found was having a good bed time by at least 11 pm is good. So my happy arse went did a night time regimen- detox bath, acv tea, journaling and reading. I woke up around 5 am this morning. Finishing up my morning routine then working a short shift- taking a break to go to the gym, lunch and reset then working again. I think short shifts broken up throughout the day will be beneficial for my sanity.

Yeah the contact from my ex may have affected my energy as well. I went ahead and blocked him for good. I ain't got time for that nonsense

Going to call my healer to see about scheduling an appointment for this weekend.

That's it. It's proof: Law of Attraction meditation Manifest Miracles has produced phenomenal results in just 30 days. ZERO derealization in 33 days, very low anxiety overall, & stopped anxiety meds. The real test was yesterday when I noticed symptoms. Just recalled the suggestions in the MP3 & spoke super kindly to myself. Avoided an episode all together.

    HOLY FUCK! SUCCESS!!!
