    Having a proper day off to self care. Date 4 tonight at my place. Gonna make a sweet chili Thai veggie & salmon dish with whole grain rice. He's bringing over a Tuxedo cake.

    No sex tonight, but making out is fun. I'm excited.

    Also super proud I've basically met low weekly goal on SM in 14.5 hrs. Ultimate self care seeing me through.

    I had a great time last night, but stayed up late and didn't get the best quality sleep. So when I woke this AM to stream I was pooped. Did 2 hrs and had to get the fuck off and meditate.

    This 44 min session helped me feel so much better, and now I'm back on to try again with more energy.

    Update: It's just so amazing what meditation can do for me. I was sitting at a sad 12% of high goal before that meditation session.

    That session not only gave me energy but totally bumped my vibe up and now, in 3.6 hrs, I'm sitting at 54% of high goal.

    This is the third day now that I've had slightly long exclusives with new members.

    Going to try again today for 8 hrs. 3.6 down and 4.4 to go. Have eaten clean, drank 44 oz filtered water so far, and meditated once. Intentions are to meditate again, EFT tapping when frustrated, take a short walk to the store, and have 80 oz water.

    Update 2: Took a long break from 2-3pm to walk, eat, and rest a bit. It felt great. Got back on and whatdya know: 128% of high goal and another 30 min to stream.

    FUCK YES!!! 1K here I come!!!

    Really need this thread today as I'm attempting to pull in as much as possible with the energy I have. If I can last 10 hrs great! Started the day off with 6hrs quality rest, 20 oz water, 2 cuties, and good energy. Gonna STFO 2 hr shifts with a break to meditate between. Started at 2am and I'm at 44% of high goal. My plan is to exceed it, and if that takes 10 hrs I'll do it. I want 1k this week: 66% currently.

    Intentions are to eat clean with lots of protein for energy, meditate frequently, EFT tapping for frustration, drink 80 oz filtered water, and remain positive. C'mon Sha...you got this shit!


    Update: Meditated with incredible heart rate stats for the 26 min session also ate a super high protein mini meal and had 10 oz water. Legit, I'm feeling good.

    Update 2: Whoa, after 5 hrs and it being super dead, only at 59% high goal, I had to take a nap. I did meditate on healing my body with my mind (an MP3 I love) then fell asleep. I was wiped out. Back at it for another 4 hrs.

    Update 3: Today has been truly slow for me. Doesn't look like I'll bring in the amount I have been bringing in...so I'll be streaming 6 days. That meditation and nap has my vibe up and thank goodness cause for the last 1.5 hrs all I got was 2 GOLD for cracking a joke about almonds and liking my nuts salty LOL.

    Final update: lasted 7.5 hrs & just low goal. Can't win em all. I tried. Left to socialize with a good girlfriend. Tomorrow is a new day.

    I had a good solid nights sleep for the first time this week. Did an upperbody workout yesterday before camming. My muscles feel sore but I feel sooooo good.

    My intention is to get to bed earlier at night so I can log on earlier in the day. When I am just working nights only I have found myself wanting to throw in the towel early- (I am not sure if it's due to PMS horomones I should be starting my cycle this weekend or if it's basic frustration due to the glitches the last two weeks.)

    I did morning journaling yesterday with gratitude and then watched Reiki Distance healing on Unlimited resources.

    Doing my morning routine then hopping online.

    ^^I really have to applaud your discipline with training and maintaining a night schedule. That can be tough. And getting to bed earlier after being on nights can be tough too, but you have this "can do" attitude that I love.

    I feel more productive during more of a day time/early evening schedule.

    The distance healing gave me a little boost of energy and felt motivated to get back online after a slow shift.

    ^^I just received this energy and feel a whole lot better. Thanks. Today started off odd: poor sleep, groggy, and a pretty bad encounter this am when i got breakfast...then the time I streamed today wasn't profitable at all. My anxiety was pretty high and I wasn't feeling so hot then remembered you posted this last night.

    So cool how 10 short minutes in silence with an open mind to receive helped me feel so much better.

    I'm heading out soon for a 5th date with this new fella and that session put me in a great mood!

    I needed to work today but a migraine has won again. I hate that they are becoming so frequent. I hate that I have to continue to work. Self care is so hard when all you can do is worry about keeping that roof over your head.

    I have and it rarely does anything. Sometimes up to 4 pills and a pepsi will knock it down a few levels. But not always. My kidneys and liver are trashed from the amount of pain pills I'm consumed over the years. Ugh. If I had insurance, I'd probably see about getting the shots to have at home like my mom had but when I went to the hospital last month, they didnt even give me one. They just stuck me on an IV and did all these tests. Back in the day I would have simply gotten a shot and been sent home. Needless to say I ripped the IV out and walked out on them while having a severe panic and anxiety attack on top of it because I started to feel trapped and like they didnt care at all. So no idea what my brain scan even looked like. Ugh.

    I had 2 days off, where I mostly did nothing but relax, finally finish the Game of Thrones series, played on console and ate goodies. I even managed to workout and do my steps goal.
    I feel bad I didn't manage to clean the apartament, but I was in the lazy mode. I will clean a room/ day, so it doesn't take me more than 30 minutes. I also skipped doing my nails, ugh!!
    I feel refreshed and ready to work hard for the next 10 days, before takin 4 days off and go in a small city break at the sea side, to eat seafood and take long walks on the beach.

    I came across a book on transcendental meditation while reading an article on Forbes and immediately thought of this thread

    have you ever heard of transcendental meditation, practiced it, etc? If so, what are your thoughts?

    i've been getting into puzzles for self care...love how relaxing it is!

    ^^Good question. I have heard of it but do not practice it. I hear it's great. There was a woman in a mental health group I was a part of that practiced daily for years. She literally functions fully with Bipolar 1 rapid cycling and owes a lot of that to TD meditation.

    This Sunday slow as a turtle on Xanax. I've streamed 2.5 hrs and I've only had fun in 3 shows. I'm grateful for that much. Had to take a break after an hour it was deadAFville. That session helped ease frustration. Super deep too. It was about an hour long and my heart rate stats are wicked for this one. Nice and steady decline down to the mid 40s.

    Dunno, a Sunday this bad might be an omen. Gonna try to stick with it and intend to eat well, hydrate optimally, meditate, and do some eft tapping for frustration.

    Update: 5 hrs in and just barely made low goal and thank fuck for the regular. He's super receptive, generous, and attractive. He's so goddamn obedient...fuck need a man like that in my life.

    Did have to break again for EFT tapping. I don't know where it came from but I became extremely angry. Not just irritated, but pissed. EFT tapping calmed me down enough to try again.

    I've got 45 min left. Best to you ladies. You can do this.

    I think I will be heavily reliant on this thread for a bit.

    Streamed about an hour- my placement is super jacked on the 10th page.

    Taking a break, just ate lunch, going to hang out with the kiddo and the furbabies and if it's nice enough go for a walk - really need it.

    Going to do EFT tapping and meditation to get through the shifts.

    It's interesting you say placement was off as I not only saw you high on page 1 early afternoon, but high again in the eve. Perhaps I'm seeing a different set of placement due to having a Chromebook and using Chrome. Dunno.

    Sounds like a plan, and EFT is so useful to diffuse anger. It's a miracle really. How'd that walk turn out? I need to get out too. Fresh air will do me good after being cooped up for hours streaming.

    Really? When I went looking for myself on my member account I was back on page 10 then when I logged back on in the evening it was on the first page- so moral of the story is not to sweat it lol.

    I didn't get to walk yesterday as it was too cold outside. I am thinking today bundling up and at least walking around the block as a stress reliever.

    I am fine when I stay inside and not out amongst people because I know that this will pass (the pandemic). I've found that humor diffuses a lot of tension when I am online- yesterday afternoon I was one tense mofo.
    After spending some time with the kiddo and playing with her cats, and power nap- (I fell asleep while meditating) and coffee I was good.

    I am going back out today run errands and praying that I can find sheer pantyhose for a custom order that I got today.

    I am going to stream today when I get back in.

    Thank you so much Sha for starting this thread, everyone who contributes to it and all of you in this community that support and lift us up.

    ^^Haha, yup. Placement used to really stress me out...like bad, but after seeing what my member account looks like after tipping several ladies in several categories it's like totally different for every member.

    Shit, I hear that: social medicine and pets are incredible for our mental and emotional health. Right on.

    Ahhh, shit...Sis, that just made me smile. And I'm glad I have too: all the contributions have helped me grow immensely.
