In for another 8 hr day. 7 more left. Meditated on a LOA abundance track that I absolutely love. I'm ready to kill it on cam.

Intentions are to eat clean with calories under 1500, drink 120 oz water, meditate, and break plenty to stretch.
Truly loved my cardio workout today on the bike. It was 40 min of pure bliss. I feel so strong. 17 days in the gym and 8 days without wine. Totally feel detoxed.
