So I’m doing much better with my wrist. Lots of rest. I haven’t disclosed my work to my Dr cause well
Duh. I’m pretty sure it’s from camming. I’ll be working this weekend. Anyone else get tendinitis from camming?

Talked to my therapist-$10 from pineapple support-super happy. I’m going to have some Kava tea and a bubble bath after I finish my homework. I’ll also try working again this weekend with lots of breaks.

@Sasha yes babe if I eat anything other than clean I gain weight. Even a glass of wine here and there. I’m an older model, so absolutely no cheating for me. I’m also trying to lose my quarantine weight. Thank god for corsets!

    That's impressive.

I have to ask how on Earth do you get your heart rate that low?

^^Thanks! I was impressed with my body too lol. I don't have nights and mornings like this often.

Oh shit, I was a fitness professional for 7 years and trained lactate threshold often (the zone responsible for strengthening the heart thus lowering resting heart rate given appropriate recovery days) and worked to get my resting heart rate to as low as 38 bpm. It took YEARS. I'm older and less fit now so my resting heart rate is a bit higher (43 bpm), but sister...it took years of cardio lol. The only way really is training in that zone 4 area then recovering appropriately.

    I appreciate the recognition!

How's the circle been going? You still attending on Thurs (right)?

Damn girl! Now I am really impressed

I definitely need to get into cardio training then

I haven't been the last three weeks, because of various things that have come up. I am joining on in the upcoming one this week.

I've still been having a regular monthly reiki session done on me, and meditation at least once a day if not morning and night. I can really tell a difference in how I am handling things right now compared to where I used to be.

^^Speaking of Reiki...I haven't had a session in a couple months. Income has been tight and those session don't come cheap. So glad you have the means to do it.

Yeah, your meditation game tight. I've been skipping days. I just did an aura cleanse yesterday and the difference is huge!!!

Oh shit, cardio is hated for a reason: that shit hurts lolololll. I swear, I'm a Domme, but a total masochist in the gym hahahaaaa.

^^ I find that the sessions help- it's like a mental massage.

One thing that I have been reading up on is about the brain and heart coherence. Dr. Joe Dispenza's book that I have been reading- shows the heart rate being a significant factor to healing and manifesting.

One pattern I have noticed with you is when you post your meditation sessions and your heart rate is at a certain point is when you have pulled off some magic in "Camming Rocks." That's one of the few major reasons I bought a fit bit was to monitor and track certain things like that.

My main thing with cardio is just finding a way to make it fun. Fortunately enough I can use the fitness room in my building now. There was a minor covid scare a week ago- I am in the clear now

Well fuck...you're observant AF sis! I didn't even make the connection. Thanks for pointing that out.

Sweet you got a Fitbit!!! I swear it's such a great tool for meditation. Have you figured out how to manually enter your meditation sessions? It's not easy to figure out either. I was one of the first ppl in the community to post my meditation sessions. Ppl were like "how do you do that?" But FRFR...the device helps me see improvement in my sessions.

Phew, so glad you're in the clear. Covid-19 is scary!!! Fun? Jesus...it's hard to make it fun. I find music is a huge help. The right speed can have me tearin the bike up. But challenging myself is kinda fun. If I can really produce great heart rate results I feel like I'm beating my old self and that is kinda fun.

Dr Dispenza is the man!!! I'm watching his series on GAIA currently. I've been a fan of his since What The Bleep Do We Know. Yeah, his research is awesome. What about the book you're reading now is really eye opening?

I decided to buy two or three months ago- I love all the things I can track heartrate, sleep, period, etc...

It took a bit to figure it how to track meditation sessions, but I got it figured out. This is this mornings sessions.

I got a ways to go

One of the things that I gathered from "Becoming Supernatural" is how we can transform our energy. There is so much information in this book it is insane. From the energy centers in the body, research of actual people with charts, meditations to do, It's been a week or two since I have done any reading I think I have got 3 more chapters left to read.

I have really become fascinated with the morning and evening meditation. The morning meditation is putting awareness on different places in the body and drawing attention to the space and the energy. Then moving to the visualizing of what you want to draw into your existence. Then staying into the feeling.

After that it's bringing awareness of what you don't want in your life, and who you don't want to be, and the emotions, feelings, thought and energy that you want to stay away from.

Then returning to the feeling and energy of what you want to bring it your life. And then it ends with focusing on your heart and blessing your beautiful self. Then asking for a sign when you make contact with the higher self (divine) that it shows up in unexpected ways.

I've recognized the small blessings that occur in my days now.

I am going to stop here for now

^^Whoa! That meditation session was energized. If you're recording the Dr Dispenza sessions which ask you to experience different emotions, then damn...you're nailing it. When I meditate I'm not really drawing on excitable emotions so perhaps that's why my heart rate is low and steady. Wait...let me think. Ummm, actually, my heart rate does get a bit up when I do the Mary Kate Magic Mindset meditations where she asks us to imagine good feelings associated with spending an unlimited amount of money...lol.

Damn, I think I want this book. I mean, I really need to do something different. I did today and I'll post it after this message, but I really need something new.

Seems you're really reaping the rewards of his studies! That's rad!!!

What's the name of this book?

Edit: just re-read and know the name of the book. Going to get it. Thanks!!!

I'm posting this here instead of camming rocks because it was a total shift in energy that I think resulted in killing my shift tonight.

Sister Esixxx, you mentioned when my heart rate is on point I manifest good shit. Well this session today was on point:

    fitbit_sharing_7399325426211124305.png

And during today's shift I did something totally different: I played healing music at 432 hz. I was relaxing watching Dr. Dispenza's Rewired on Gaia when a super sweet older man with a foot fetish stopped by.

Well, he got a 30 min private block to get the free foot fetish vid with block, and ended up staying 59 minutes!!! Bam, with the GOLD he tipped on top: exceeded medium goal.

And I wasn't even supposed to stream tonight. FUCK!

    Camming rocks!

And thanks sis for pointing out my vibe attracts the good stuff. I def put out that love frequency tonight and it was well received. Woo hoo!!!

    YASSSSSS Queen!!!! YASSSSSS!!!!

The one thing I gathered from heart intelligence (could be mistaken- I will have to flip back through the book) is the ability to lower the heart rate and also a nice consistent heart rate throughout. Mine seems to spike quite often at the moment.

When it comes to visualizing who I want to be I use little things (actions like paying my bills on time and paying off my debt, doing things that are fun- like outings with my daughter, working with bad ass equipment, etc.) then also the reminding myself of who I no longer want to be is the emotions and feelings I no longer want to be controlled by- anxiety, fear, worry and anger. Granted these emotions do serve a purpose because they send us a message.

Writing this reminds me of where I was last year mentally, and I can honestly say now that there has been a huge shift in my own energy. I am stupid grateful

Sidenote: I love to see you winning! It gives me a boost of good energy You got this!

I'm going to give that a go. He really impresses that thought + emotion produce desired results.

Wow, right on! Your consistency has paid off. & you journal too so you have a record of improvement. That's gotta feel so good!

Its OK. My heart rate isn't always low & steady & I've been meditating for almost 2.5 years. It's a process, but seeing the data on Fitbit is super helpful.

Been slacking on meditation during the day. I still do my gratitude meditation at night along with my money manifestation, but I need to get back to daily meditations in the AM or afternoon.

Huge focus has been on training sessions at the gym. Really killing those. It's hard to balance self care. I'm good on food and hydration and training, but falling behind on meditation.

My focus has been on weight loss and just plain exercise as I have SAD (seasonal affective disorder--depression) so I have to exercise to stay safe. But meditation helps out a lot too. Anyway, I'm 5 lbs from goal weight and pretty happy about that.

Next week I'm going to get on my daily meditations. This will be my focus.

Thanks for mentioning the app. I downloaded it last night and it looks like it could be really helpful.

The other day I downloaded todoist to help me stay productive.

I like the routines on this one and the daily reflection questions.

Very proud this AM. Cardio fitness score improved quite a bit since July 2020. After 3 months of zero training, 2 months of wine everyday, & junk food often my score went from excellent to very good. I also gained 12 lbs.

Since training HIT & HIIT for 4 months M-F on an indoor bike the score has improved to excellent. Yessssss! I may be 5 lbs heavier than I want to be (I have lost a bit tho), but I'm in excellent condition otherwise.

Last night my self care was having a good cry.

I had a tension headache that lasted two days and I think crying helped to alleviate it.

PMS struck this past week. I indulged last night and baked brownies The kiddo called me after she got off work and asked if I wanted to go with her to walk around Target. We chatted about life stuff, election stuff- I needed that last night.

Had to skip meditation this morning, because I woke up late and the building has the water shut off for a couple hours.

Keeping my head in the game today by staying focused on what I want.

Day 1 of a 21 day meditation challenge to reprogram my subconscious for wealth and abundance. I'm using a Theta binaural beats system that is really pleasant. It's woven with nature sounds and it's super relaxing. I just practice deep breathing while listening with wireless earbuds.

Had the best damn sleep I have had in a while last night. Sleep score was 90.

Did my usual morning routine and meditation although my heart rate was high it was good. During the meditation I got this thought that popped in my mind of how to hustle- who I needed to be.

    Feeling awesome this morning.
