    I hope you feel better!

There are so many things wrong with TH by my house from the parking lot to trashy people.
Cunts that shop here are uppity and judgmental. There are days I just don't wanna deal with them.

The key thing about nights is to stick to it, even on your days off. I had to switch to a daytime schedule for a couple of weeks when I moved. That was hard and I was relieved to go back to nights.

What's wrong with people at your TH? I don't see cunts and assholes at the one I go to but maybe it's the area. It's about 20 minutes away. There are plenty of cunts and assholes at the store in my area though.

Darn it!!! I just broke my spending freeze. I ordered the new elgato webcam. I was afraid it would sell out if I wait. I will add another week for August, so no spending till mid August.

Sorry, I just realized, wrong thread.

That doesn't count because you need a cam to sell pussy. Let me know how you like it. So far I'm really liking my new C922.

I was thinking it shouldn't count also. It's an investment to potentially make more money from selling pussy. We shall see...

I was wondering how you like the C922. I'm glad it's working out for you.

40 hr weeks on SM are no fucking joke. Damn, I gotta eat right, hydrate often, exercise (God this is sooooo helpful & sets my day up right as I train at 5am), meditate (this too FRFR), keep my vibe up with gratitude, sleep well, & take those fucking breaks.

Exercise has been such a saving grace. It's stressful these 40 hr weeks & I take a lot of time in the gym to release unwanted stress, set intentions, or problem solve.

This is my active week for this 3rd 40 hr week:

    Screenshot_20210717-165508_Fitbit.jpg

    & I'm meditating twice a day:

    Screenshot_20210717-170255_Synctuition.jpg

40 hr weeks are possible just really tough not only physically, but emotionally.

I'm not done yet: one more week to go. I haven't burnt out yet & I pray I do not as I REALLY desire another good week.

i just want to say that manifesting things really works! ok so my Old job was real estate and my husband's family came to visit me this week. i didnt want them to know about camming obviously so i was telling them about projects i had worked on last year, various clients for real estate i had, and transactions i had done ect. ect.
i was really getting involved talking about what i had enjoyed about the job, various listings ect. i was feeling kinda sentimental and joyful about it.

and i KID you not i was getting so into it, that i manifested some crazy shit!

i had discussed how a crazy rich client had rented a $7,000 a month penthouse and how nice the client was. and i kid you not ...the owner called me LATER THAT DAY and told me that they wanted to relist the rental property (that my client had left) and they wanted me to list it! THE SAME PROPERTY I HAD DISCUSSED EARLIER THAT DAY! 1 year later!!! never heard from them!

then, i dropped them off at the airport earlier today, and i stopped by starbucks sitting outside with my coffee. one of my old clients pulls up near the drive through, and tells me that they have a new listing in mind for me!
and they want to send me all the info and get me involved on the project! sure enough i get a whatsapp with all the info and an appointment to list the property!

WTF i havent worked in realestate in 1 year and i havent ran into or talked to anyone related to the business.
i discuss it all week as a as kind of a happy cover story to camming, and then POOF 2 listings! appear from no where!
and discussing the same listing no less!

epic manifesting. can apply to all aspects of life. not just camming! really! i am a believer!

Walking and exercise last week did help me with more energy. The last two weeks I have walked everyday with the exception of Friday's.
I worked out twice with kettlebells as I intended to.

One thing that I have noticed so far when looking at my stats is meditation seems to help me get a better sleep score (I didn't meditate everyday last week.)

I intend to repeat what I did last week and meditate once a day to see if it helps with my sleep. I love my sleep and I want regular good quality sleep.

Today is self care day: woke up at 8am this morning and accomplished a lot so far. Did laundry, detailed my car. Showered, having Panera spinach artichoke souffle and blueberries scone.

Will make sauteed spinach and meatballs and sphagetti for lunch and dinner and enough for the next two days. Feeling grateful and blessed. #blessedhoe

I've always said you are a self care gangsta. You truly are! Your attitude during a grieving process is so inspiring & you just don't quit. You're aware of your body & limits & honor them, but you just don't quit.

    Really glad you're ok.

I am currently tracking my sleep with Amazon's Halo band. My problem is I wake up several times throughout the night.

I've taken various sleep aids- melatonin (which too much leaves me feeling groggy in the morning), different types of ZZZquil, supplements with valerian root, triptophan, etc.
Currently I am taking ZMA and ZZZquil to help me sleep.

Productive days feel good, don't they?

That spinach artichoke souffle sounds delicious. I had a blueberry scone yesterday. Okay, I'll admit I had 2 and I have one more for today. I wish they served breakfast all day so I could try the souffle but they start serving breakfast when I go to bed.

I made potato leek soup 2 days ago so I'm having that again today.

Food is okay on our spending freeze.

They sure do. They also have four cheese, cheese and bacon souffles but my favorite is the spinach artichoke. Damn sis, you got THREE scones lol. They are big too.

You need to set your alarm and pick up breakfast then go back to bed.

I lost all self control. I have not had bread of any kind in 2 months and it was so good. I went kind of wild. haha

I guess I could stay up an extra hour and go for breakfast, or go to Walmart at 3am and Panera after.

Man, it's getting down to the wire. I'm doing my best to give thanks every chance I get. I'm trying my best to think Abundantly. I'm certain the Universe has my back. However, I'm feelin some kinda way right now.

I think I'm just overly exhausted. I'm sure a good night's rest will do the trick.

Best thing I can do is get good sleep. Last night just a lil over 5 hrs but an 88 sleep score. I did nap tho. With this mental illness however sleep has got to be tight & right.

I'm on it! Major priority in self care. Aiming for 7-8 hrs rest & a decent sleep score. I can do this.

I'm gonna do power training in zone 5 at the gym then legs. I'll meditate now then stream.

    I am well.

    UPDATE:

    Meditated to Synctuition Gratitude journey

Heading to gym soon. This will be my smoothie when I get home. I have two of these a day. The only difference is power greens for the second smoothie.
