Very pleased with fitness progress. I've gone from a cardio fitness score of very good (Aug 2021) to excellent. I'm happy AF!

Sad AF today. Allowed myself to cry & looked myself in the mirror & just acknowledged the sadness reiterating "I love you".

Ugh...I just feel so alone. It's too much.

That's so great you allowed yourself to cry. Crying is so healing and therapeutic. I also have lately allowed myself to be mad and start doing kick boxing moves. Emotions are meant to be felt and moved. You are never alone, even if it feels like it. I dunno about you but I can never hear "I love you", "You are enough", "You are worthy" and "You are beautiful" from myself enough.

I've been doing inner child work lately...

Sha, you’re always putting your heart out there and helping us feel better. Crying does help. I might also need a good cry. We can just all cry, scream, and then watch something funny.

You're not going to feel great all the time, and I do think it seems like you put a lot of pressure on yourself to try to. Do you want to talk about what you feel alone in regards to? And overwhelmed?

Hey Sha, as everyone else said, crying is the best medicine. It's good you allowed yourself to cry, I am 100% convinced you will feel better. Those negative emotions must be released. Big big hugs to you, and just so you know: you are loved and you are worthy!

I don't know if it helps I try to think of something I have done ok that day, even if everything is pants (UK slang for rubbish) or I just feel sad. Hope you feel better Miss Sha. You are so lovely, I had a look at your room a week or so ago just nice to see you as a person. I got a nice warm feeling, then went on with my day.

I'm late, but I happened to see this....we all love you! You're very supportive, loving, I'd say almost like the mom here with how positive and determined you are! Seeing you "thanked" one of my posts always makes me smile!

I hope the day/evening is going smoother.

Sha, this post made me cry too and also gave me courage to let my feelings out. This job is very isolating. This place is like a santuary made up of lots of wonderful ladies.

    I hope you're doing better!

Mamma Bear, you're so warm. Yes, crying helps & releases oxytocin which is healing. I'm well. I hope you are too.

In regard to your edits...I don't notice. You're allowed to fudge up sometimes. Sending white light.

And I agree with those freebies. My bank started to introduce the moneyback program and I get tons of reimbursements or even big discounts. 2% money back from here, 10% from there... adds up. For example, the couch for my camming room. My mobile provider has partnered with a furniture store and the clients were getting a voucher. I bought a $800 sofa with only $350 ))
wow thats a great deal! $350 for a couch.. in mexico that would be impossible!

I was in emotional distress for a few weeks. I had to cut someone toxic out. I did this 3 days ago and immediately following cutting them off I have gotten the most and best sleep since engaging with them 3 weeks ago.

The night I cut them off I slept 10 hrs and my resting heart rate dropped by 2 bpm. In the time I was engaging with them, my bpm had risen by 10 whole beats.

Last night I slept 9.5 hrs and resting heart rate has dropped 1 bpm and I'm so relieved. In 3 days my resting heart rate has dropped 4 full bpm.

In addition to sleeping well I've balanced my chakras twice, cleansed my aura twice, and did some Reiki healing plus meditated on Deep Theta binaural beats. I still need to smudge myself and sage my whole apt...but I feel very well and calm.

I've been using this track for a few months and it's incredible to meditate to or fall asleep to. Often times I'll wake after 5 hrs rest then use it to fall right back to sleep.

Smudged myself & saged the whole apt. I'm now diffusing essentials oils. The place already feels safer.

    Nice!
I'm going do that, I also have some mint incense, I have a small amount of sage but I want to get a fresh one.

Life has been pretty unpredictable; in an attempt to keep my vibe up, I've been unblocking Chakras & cleansing Aura daily.

This AM session was stellar & I'm chill AF.
