    Default Good Neck Creme

    Hello Ladies!

I am reaching out to you all to ask what is the best Neck Creme that you have found actually works? I'm looking for just a good neck moisturizing creme to help reduce the aging signs.
I am 33 and I am saddened to say that I have aging signs on my neck and I can't neglect it any longer
    Price is not an issue.

    Thanks in advance!

Neck or chest area? Creams don’t do much I’d suggest talking to a plastic surgeon if price is not an issue and do fraxel. Retinal A is your best bet! I’m not trying to be negative, but I think creams are a waste of money. You can actually do sculptra on your chest area which is lovely. Also, I bought the lotion from planet fitness for the angel beds is amazing. It’s got peptides and with the beauty angel red light bed I think it’s good place to start. One girl asked me today what I did for my face.

You are and are not right. You are right about creams being a waste of money AFTER the aging signs are showing up. Those anti wrinkle creams that promise to erase the aging signs, are a good joke. Only the surgeon can fix it, unfortunately.
Creams are not a waste of money, when we do start taking care of that from young. We manage to reduce the aging with a few years. And use a shit ton of SPF, not only on face, but on neck, bust and hands as well.
I am 26 and I am using a cheaper, but with natural ingredients cream. It's also richer, as is for dry skin. My face is oily, so I use more expensive but better creams there. And I Bioderma SPF Spray when I go out.
Unfortunately, I can feel the wrinkles under my fingers and in the sun they are visible. Some vertical stripes, like a barcode, because I am sleeping with a growning face )) (English is bad).

And third thing, that have nothing to do with self care, is genes: My mom is 45 and she has had her first wrinkles and grey hairs 2 years ago. The thing is that she doesn't take care of herself, like, using face creams, foundations, etc. So, it's definately genetics, in her case. Also, she never dyed her hair (me neither), so, hopefully, I will be the same by then. My aunt has always been a fancy woman, I have been admiring her creams and cosmetics all my childhood and she still has deep wrinkles now.
So, some are lucky with good genes, others have to work with tratments and surgeries. Wich is not a bad thing, I find plastic surgeries as a form of self care too, as time as we don't overdo it and ruin ourselves.
You make your body and face the way you consider it deserves to look and it's nothing wrong with that.

I do agree with you Cutie101 - Genetics do play a huge part in it. I remember though when I was like 15 and my Aunt, the 'cool' aunt, told me to start moisturizing back then and I won't lie, I wish I had listened. To be completely honest, I didn't start moisturizing until I was 29... I'm 33 now! I know.. I know

I saw my neck the other night in the monitor on cam and had an internal panic attack that had me tucking my face for the remainder of the night -shakes head- I was doing a breast flash and when I put my arms over my head, I saw the odd scrunching that I remember not being that way

In regards to the plastic surgeries, I am going to need to save for awhile before that can happen. I am going to keep on my hunt for a good neck creme for the interim.

Oh man I know the feeling!!! The only area's I have the most unease with on my body are my neck now due to the loose skin/aging and my belly. The only place I have cellulite on my body is my tummy and I am in the BBW category but I'm not 'big enough' for the men who love the big women but I'm 'too big' to be considered 'curvaceous'. Such a joke!

The thing is that the downtime is pretty bad, you might as well go under the knife

I see she is claiming that is 10 days, I guess I believe that but I know people who do this and have seen one little spot on the face stay looking like crap for a couple of weeks and you can't wear make up, and you usually have to get multiple treatments. They also really have no clue how long it will last despite their claims. Some people who are well trained can use fillers very effectively on the neck, but if they are crap they could do some damage.

Fillerina. But i would get a grade 2 or higher. I got the grade 1 treatment but that's only for your lips and cheekbones, which it does help alot. my lips look so much better from it . I also tried their eye treatment ( it only comes in a 4 or 5 so i got 4 and it helped alot with my undereye area )

A really good neck cream though, I would try clarins or Lancome absolue or their regenerie line

This is all very true, and- certain health issues will cause outward signs of aging. The worst culprit is cancer, between chemo and the ravages of the illness, people can age 20-30 years (appearance-wise) in a very short time. It pays to get regular checkups and avoid high risk habits that accelerate aging/ loss of mobility (getting obese, smoking, heavy drinking, tobacco product useage, etc.)

I'm giving you the short and sweet version of how that all works. As you age your outward appearance will start showing what is going on inside your body.

I think you should embrace aging as I’m sure you’re beautiful as you are but I get it though.....you want your image a certain way

Maybe the lasers can tighten neck skin. I’ve never done it but seen it advertised

Just go to someone reputable and experienced though

Something w/retinol may be helpful ALWAys wear sunscreen.

Let me get on my soap box a min. pls:

ALWAYS check our any doctors, I searched on my county's records, & found a dentist that was to have performed surgery on me, has 2 active malpractice suits. 1 for permanent damage? He's got 1 hell of good lawyer too. /his large network/group, they have another 4.
They have many 4 - 5 star reviews, on various sites, so that doesn't always mean anything.

Okay so I know alot about skincare but I want to focus on the neck. First of all what signs of aging are you seeing? Lets say wrinkles. YES Retinol A will help you. You need to get the trentinol form by prescription from a dermatologist. Starting with .025% and working your way up to 1%. Unless you live in some EU country where you dont need the prescription Retinol does reduce wrinkles HOWEVER it might be because its producing collagen and making the skin thicker or it might be because its is causing swelling, the jury is still out. Also there have been some recent studies, that were cancelled early because of these results, that suggest an increase in death with people who use Retinol. I used it for quite a while but have since quit since seeing these studies. Also Retinol wont do anything for a sagging jaw line. For this you need to massage, exercise your jaw and botox. Botox will help to tighten that fucker up but its expensive and temporary. Also long term it might actually contribute to more sagging because you're not using those muscles so be aware. There are creams on the market that will tighten a jaw line (or any skin) for 24 hours but I wont recommend them. They can be dangerous so I wont even list them here.

So if you have sag then what you need is a nip and tuck. My dad had one and it looks great! Very natural. I will probably have one later on as well so really consider this as your best option and in the meantime use a good moisturizer. I love The Ordinary products. I love the 100% natural squalane oil because it doesnt break down like other oils and works so well with my super dry skin. Plus its cheap. Also the thing that ages us the most is actually discoloration. Studies show that when someone looks at us its not the wrinkles that they see aging us its discoloration and uneven skin tone and eye circles so you want to fix that. I love my Cosrx BHA Blackhead Power liquid. I use it every day to treat all signs of agings. Dont let the name fool you its for more then just black heads so get your hands on some BHA and or AHA (Its an acid) and get it on your face! I also use Vitamin C. I have a hard time with it oxidizing so I use the powder form from The Ordinary and mix it in with my Squalane and wear it at night but its corrects skin colour really really well. The great news is this stuff is really affordable! Check out The Ordinary Line.

Now make up can help a lot! a good foundation and some contouring does wonders for a girls neck line but there is a fine line between Instant face lift and 5 o'clock shadow when it comes to contouring so learn to do it well. Youtube helps a lot, practice practice practice and maybe go see a make up artist to help you. Once you master it it really can help hide the things your worried about. Also, as I mentioned, foundation helps the real culprit of aging which is uneven skin tone.

Lastly I have heard great things about the clarisonic refirming massage head. Its the clarisonic brush with this special head that you use every night and it helps to firm up the skin, apparently, I have never used it but I have thought about it it cause of what I have heard. You have to get the original Clarisonic for it to work and its more expensive but way cheaper then a face lift or botox so maybe check that out as well. If you got to the end of this good luck. Jaw lines sort of suck but they can be fixed.

I just want to add, I have a face roller thread. . I kinda based it off an article (Instyle mag, 5/19) & my looking @ the different ones.
The one I have rn, (nurse jamie.com) you use it on the sides of the neck only, it says the center part is too delicate.

I have several @ home, I may come bk later & tell which ones. But, Im not consistent w/them.

I do like the brand Emininece Organics at lot eminenstore.com, you can buy samples to try, they do have a neck cream.

I am using Ordinary 2% reintinol, but I do have to switch off sometimes, it got me a little irritated.
I also use an acid peel, I have Kate Somerville that I got as a larger sample.
    I ALWAYS use spf.

25% off (I believe today only, but 15% your 1st order, + free shipping).
The guy who started the company, got paralyzed from diving, he had skin probs& he didn't like the skincare available so he started his own.

It's an older version of what's out now.
Very moisturizing. They also have a serum.

I am also curious to know about more permanent procedures. I don’t have an issue with my neck but I have huge fake boobs and I am getting wrinkles on my chest, I see them every morning when I wake up from sleeping on my side.

Yes, the skin on our neck, chest, & eyes are thinnest & most sensitive..
I believe you can use the neck creams on the chest area.

Also, I recently started using Ordinary 23% vitamin C, it's in an oil base.
I put it mostly on lined areas, face & neck.
I'm going to return the2% retinol, I think it's a bit too strong for me

    Which one babe?
Ordinary has their own site, (they have a neck cream)
Clark's Botanicals also has their own site..
I go to the their sites, as they usually offer a 1st time or other discounts.
I got the Ordinary 23% vitamin C at Sephora.
The Clark's neck cream is in my p.o. box, I have to go get it.
Let me know if you need any other info.

Yea, so far I'm liking it..I think it's prob the best thing I've been using, aside from the topical fillter!
Just to let you know, it has kinda of a weird texture, not uncomfortable or anything, it feels a litte gritty, but seems to blend well.
    Other than that fine.
I do sometime apply after other creams, because it it strong
I keep it, in its box, in my bathroom which's always cool in temp.
