Jk. All the top earners I've worked with were 25 and older, and most were 30 and over. There's no limit as long as you take proper care of yourself and your body. I'm 40 and although I no longer dance, I could at most clubs if still wanted to, and I look much better than when I was 18. At age 18, I was chubby and didn't work out or eat properly, and I had no clue how to do my hair and makeup. I've worked with several woman in their late 30's and 40's and one who was 51. The 51 year old had a really fit, toned body with nice breast implants and had a great personality-great hustler and top earner. She didn't look any older than 35 and I didn't believe her age until she showed me her license one day. Some looked great, some didn't-but again, it's all in how you take care of yourself and that holds true whether you're 18 or 50. Eat healthy, exercise, take care of your skin, get enough sleep, and don't do too much smoking, drinking, or drugs.
A few clubs have a stupid rule where they won't hire women who are older than a certain age, but these clubs are few and far between. I've never personally encountered one. Most clubs would rather have a fit, toned older lady who is attractive and takes care of herself than an unattractive, out of shape woman in her teens or early 20's. Older women typically have been dancing longer (although there are exceptions) and have honed their hustling and conversation skills. Also, most customers with a lot of money to spend are 40 and over, and many want to talk and get dances from a hot lady close to their own age and feel creepy getting dances from someone as young as or younger than their daughter. Again, there are always exceptions-sure, there are guys who go for the barely legal look too. My point is just that being in good physical shape is far more important than your birthdate in terms of getting hired.
