    I'm talking spiritually? For me it's been closing my eyes to get more of an intuitive perspective before leaping into any decision and relaxing when I feel I need to and being ok with some not as good moments and affirmations - I am rich, I am healthy, I am happy, I am abundant!

    I go to a shaman for healing ceremonies and for monthly prayer ceremony

    I smudge with white sage as needed.

    I used to do mantras

    I pray and use prayer candles

    I have readings with my psychic as needed.

    Honestly, I have-

    * become more forgiving, or found ways to move beyond past events that hurt me or set me back. The older you get, the more the passage of time will be apparent to you, therefore you become more selfish with time and energy.

    * find time to work through old issues on my own. (Meditation but sometimes more involved, might include writing or listening to old music.)

    * working on lucid dreaming.

    Ten years in 12 steps, Churches, therapy, and life coaching. Jesus where does the time go. I can say there’s more than one road to recovery.

    Everyday I try to take bite size actions toward my recovery goals- slow and steady winds the race.

    Daily meditation and prayer and intentions.

    Yoga, self respect, mindfulness, presence, reading tons of books on spirituality, studying the Law of Attraction, journaling, forgiveness, oracle cards, acceptance, binaural beats, prayer, gratitude. As you can tell, I had a lot of work to do. I am still not where I want to be but getting there eventually. All these things are helping.

    Prob won't be a popular answer, but works for me:

    Prayer, Bible Study, not reacting so emotionally/physically, & staying calmer.

    Also, starting back sketching,art stuff.
