    Search Homeowner's Assoc.

    So, the RE Agent thread got me thinking..

    I always look around online @ properties, I notice in FL (& lots of other places) there's a lot of HA properties, not just condos.

    I knew of someone, that had both a sale blocked & a rental by one, & myself I've had bad experiences with..

    I understand having rules, but in my case, they didn't apply equally to everyone


    So, what's YOUR take on this??

    HOA's are usually fine while the developer has control. Once the developer loses control, costs spiral and the rules get applied unevenly.

    Much of the populated area in the unincorporated portion of Harris county i.e. houston suburbs is governed by homeowners associations.
