    Question Peels, anyone do these?

I've tried a couple (sample) ones, I also got a deluxe Kate Somerville bottle, & currently eyeing The Ordinary Glycolic..
I've read they help w/acne too.

Also, FYI, Ulta now carries The Ordinary.

& One more thing, I've dealt w/TO on their direct site, they're custy service is way above & beyond excellent!
Some say they don't go into detail about useage, but I've emailed them & gotten an almost immediate response.
Not saying other co's arent good.

    Anyone else tried?

If anyone does, or uses any anti aging skin care, SPF is most important, as this type of stuff increases senssitivity!

Following. I've been warned that fruit acid peels can hurt sensitive skin but other than that they're good.

I recently got the Renee Rouleau triple berry peel, and i like it.

My favorite regular is the green tea scrub from st ives, i believe. It's not like their apricot scrub, which can mess up your skin. I use the green tea as an in-shower mask. Leave it on for a few minutes while I'm washing my hair or whatever, and then massage it off with my hands before finishing my shower.

I've had three hydrafacials so far and I love the results. Someone recommended this before a chemical peel because of my sensitive skin and history with products. I've suffered severe dermatitis years ago as a result of food and cosmetic allergies. Having your skin dry up then flake off exposing raw skin is extremely painful. The pain levels are up there with throwing your back out or breaking a bone. I know it's not that serious for most people but if you've ever had any issues like I've mentioned above, consider alternatives.

The hydrafacials provide immediate results tho. I'm doing the research to buy my own at home system. I really think it all comes down to what it is you're trying to correct. For me it's pores and a few dark spots. In the last six months I've been able to see major improvements with at home remedies plus the hydrafacials.

The reason why I want to invest in my own system is because going to a salon adds up. The last place I went to quoted me $200 but then hit me up for twice that amount when it was done. I was so confused...but GLOWING!!! The esthetician kept mentioning additional steps while working on my face. I didn't realize they we're add-ons and not apart of the original procedure. Every place is different and has there own "recipe". Do your research before you go so you can counteract any unnecessary steps.

I just did one yesterday, (Cane & Austin brand, 10%)
It was a sample size, I am going to use it 1 more time.
The Ordinary has a 30% one.

I have the ordinary 30% peel but am a bit hesitant to try it in case it breaks me out .
I do use their 7% Glycolic toner every day and it's working wonders for my skin texture due to years of acne

Yea, I had the 2% retinoid, I returned it, as I felt it was too strong for me.
Still using the 23% vitamin C, they just came out w/the 30%
