It seems when the money is flowing and many girls are doing well, then managers tend to be more chill and less nit picky with minor things and not as apt to nickel and dime dancers on things like fines for xyz or expected tip out. Nor raise cost to work expectations either.
It seems like when dancers are making less for whatever reason, whether it’s a temporary or longer term dip, THAT is when they are “just being professional and enforcing and that’s what we do here” This can happen to customers as well but dancers seem to get hit harder on this.
I’m thinking of three clubs at different times in particular. I’m wondering whether that’s just me or if it’s an actual observation I’m making.
