So let's say someone helped you a lot with selling a room, and the customer tipped your helper on the receipt for the card transaction. Are you also expected to tip whoever helped you with some of your cash you've made that shift?

So kinda like, If a waitress or dancer hooks you up with a customer? I always tip them in that situation, even if the customer did too.

Absolutely, if you ever want them to help you again. I usually tip 10% of whatever I made.

I'm in the minority here but if the customer tipped them well, I don't bother generally. It's still in their best interest to upsell rooms for you if it's customary for the guy to tip the host/waitress.
YMMV depending on club culture though. Sometimes I'll make a point to ask "Did he tip you well?" and act like I care about it. Usually the hosts at my club would go "Oh yeah he did! He took good care of me!" and it was kind of understood that I didn't HAVE to give them anything extra. A lot of the time I could see when he signed and I'm sorry, but if the guy tips the host $50, I'm not going to also tip her
If they said he was cheap, or I saw that he was, I'd kick them about 10% of my cut.
"People jack off with the left hand and point with the right."
"You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave."

Yeah, that is kinda my view also Selina. But at the same time the only reason I made anything yesterday was because of that 1 manager and this club has been low contact compared to most places so I really dont feel cheated or pimped out kicking him back a decent amount.

I have been a dancer and waitress. I had brought girls to guys who spent a lot and they told the guys to give me huge tips and would always call me when the guys come in to serve them. I was fine with that. They would usually tip men are when guy tipped smaller amounts.

When I am getting a VIP I try to encourage tipping on the receipt. I just mention, "This way we can relax." If the jet does/doesn't tip the waitress/ bouncer I will take that into account. However, every time someone helps me with a VIP, jacuzzi, bachelor party, or anything that makes over $100; I'll tip well. That way you remember me.
Yes, I tip 20% if a host puts me in a room or shows me a good room customer.
oh of course they are hustling for you, so you should.
