When I get my period I get SO hungry. I know everyone does but I end up binge eating to the point where it's super unhealthy and takes my weight a little while to recover. I feel like the rest of the month I eat pretty well, lean meats, healthy snacks... But as soon as I get my period it's like I CANT STOP eating anything in sight and always the most unhealthy stuff too. Any recommendations for foods or things that will curb my unhealthy period cravings?
