Hi ladies, I am trying to compare Australian clubs to Vegas clubs as I'm no longer dancing, I'm now a club manager. The new owners of the venue are hell bent on implementing Vegas style rules. An I want to know exactly the Vegas culture before I start down this path of negotiation with the owners. I've looked for a breakdown of charges the club gives the girls, but can't seem to find that info.
In Australia we pay a house fee to work. Anywhere between $15 - $160 per night. Depending on the club and what night you work.
We are full nude. Some clubs allow touching above the waist.
Some clubs take anywhere between 20% - 40% of your dances. Luckily some take no percentage.
We do not tip out bar, house mum, hostesses, or DJ's.
Customers also rarely tip on stage.
VIP or Champagne rooms - the club will charge a $100 or $200 room hire fee that is built into the dance price.
Some clubs audition, some don't if your hot or have a big instagram.
Lapdances start at $20 for one song, $50 for 3 songs. Some clubs charge $100 for a 10 min touching dance, but take $20 of that.
How do the clubs work in Vegas?
