This is about how I've been losing way too much weight since I started back stripping.
I didn't really want to lose any weight at all.
I am mainly a vegetarian just b/c I don't like meat that much, but I eat salmon, tuna, and eggs on a reg basis.
I've lost so much weight that I haven't done a workout (except for stretching) since I started back dancing a week and 1/2 ago.
But I want to work out badly, b/c I need the cardio. And squats.
What do ya'll eat to stay at a weight where you can
hold onto your booty?
