    Default Skin problems

    Hey!
Hi, I am Tania from Canada, struggling with acne scars on my face. It is getting too weird day by day. I was wondering if any of you have gone through something similar. What had you people done for it? I want to know the best acne medicine and, I find out xxxxxx is the best solution for it. But I’m worried if it will works on my face as my skin is too much sensitive. It will be great if someone shares any real advice regarding this. Thanks in advance.

Definitely go with a specialists advice and not seek out some off the shelf gimmick and whatever you do, don't pick your face! Acne generally is a short duration that doesn't proceed past adolescence, but obviously scraping your face off with your nails will at any age.

^ Acne isn't short duration for females. Even past adolescence acne can reoccur due to monthly hormonal changes, conditions that cause hormonal imbalances like PCOS, pregnancy, etc. There's not many over the counter products available for acne scarring, unfortunately. There are procedures available at a dermatologist to lessen the appearance of acne scarring though. It make take a few treatments before you start to see results. Insurance might not cover it if they think it's not medically necessary so you could end up paying $150+ out of pocket for each treatment session. I know this because I used to see a dermatologist to get microdermabrasion treatments and laser for acne and acne scarring.

Well, I use Eminence Organics brand, I use the anti aging stuff, but they've wonderful reviews for every thing.

Products that fade dark spots can be used on acne scars, you MUST wear sun protection.

Also, I like the mint mud mask at Sally's beauty.
