    Hello! And Help!

I'm a brand spanking new baby stripper and absolutely fell in love with the club that I work at, the girls I dance with, and the regulars who come in. I wish I'd started dancing sooner!! I unexpectedly came across an opportunity to move to another state and am incredibly excited but... I would have to leave in less than 3 weeks.

Do I tell the club that I'll be going? We get weekly schedules (texting in our availability for the week and we get what we get) and I would hate to just ghost/never text in again but I also don't want to risk not being put on for my last week in town. There's the chance that I'll move back to the city in a year or two if things don't work out so I want to leave on good terms...

Do I tell the girls? They have made such a positive impact on my life in such a short period of time but idk if that will continue once I tell them

Do I tell my regulars? I'm new so they don't know me that well but I think one or two of them may be willing to help me out financially. But, again, I can see them taking it personally and not wanting to come in for me anymore. Would it be better to tell them sooner to ensure they come in more often or towards the end?

I'm sure I'm over thinking this but I've never had to leave a job like this before, let alone one that I love so much!! Thank you so much for the help!!

Sounds like since they make the schedule about a week about, maybe tell them just 4-5 days out.

It would be kind of vindictive to not put you on because of a move but clubs are weird so you've got to protect your money I'd say.

The last club I worked at was similar in that they would text every week to see what days we were planning on working, and I really liked the owners. I let them know on my last night and asked how I should get in touch with them if/when I was in the area again. It was totally chill.
