    Default Personal Questions from customers

    "Where do you live?"

    "How old are you?"

    "Do you have kids?"

Guys always ask things that are none of their emm effin' business!!! What's wrong with them? How do you all field these questions? The most annoying to me, is asking my age. I don't understand why they want to know.

I like to ask the same question right back - "Where do YOU live?" or else shame them a little "You shouldn't ask a lady how old she is" "What a creepy question, are you planning to stalk me later?!"

Occasionally, if it's that line of questioning that indicates he is making assumptions about strippers, I will go "No kids, college educated, I don't do drugs, my dad was awesome, any other stereotypes you wanna know about?" That always makes them feel stupid.

Some are just curious, some are being assholes, some is what they consider small talk, a lot of it is that they think social norms don't apply in the club.
"People jack off with the left hand and point with the right."

"You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave."

Some guys either get really awkward around attractive women, or can't think of anything to say.

Some ice-breakers- clue into the guys' personality by looking at his clothing (is he wearing anything interesting?) Compliment his cologne. Ask him (in a cute/sexy way) if he wants company. Ask him if the waitress has come by to check on him.

A LOT of guys who have made the choice to come into the strip bar, pay cover charge and relax ARE receptive to having conversations with the people there. Give them a chance to get comfortable, and then approach.

Sometimes it works to turn the questions on him or just give him fake answers. I used to say that I was 10 years younger, fake name, fake city, etc.

It's the same reason that so many dancers ask customers "What do you do for work?' and "Married/kids?" They want to get to know the people that they are dealing with, which IMHO is a perfectly natural human instinct. You might want to think about a decent cover story if you don't want to share real details.

I get asked where I’m from quite a bit. I have an accent which leads a lot of people to believe I’m a foreigner, even though I’m not. I like to lead them by weaving a vague tale about a very far away place, etc., etc. Once they’re ‘hooked’, I’ll very dryly tell them, “Sheboygan, Wisconsin”. Not actually from Sheboygan, it was just the closest major population center to where I’m from.

I just say "Go private and I'll tell you all about me!"

They either run away scared and leave immediately (hilarious, like I could somehow force them to go private) or they enter a private session and then forget all about their questions once there are tits in their face, lol.

Czech and Cajun accents often sound a lot alike to me, and there are words written the same but pronounced differently depending on whether they are Czech or Spanish. Czech is particularly confusing to me because it seems about half the letters are not pronounced and the other half are not written.

Im honest I don't care. Unless they get really nosy like too specific "what part of town" when they ask where I live I just make something up or straight up tell them that's too much info to share with someone I don't know if I think they'll respect that and let it go.
