What you're saying isn't true. Senators received intelligence briefings on the coronavirus and were aware of how serious the threat was. Here's a statement from Republican Senator Rick Scott on
Jan. 24:

Trump's trial in the Senate ended Feb. 5, which gave Trump more than enough after the trial ended to take actions to contain the pandemic. Three weeks after the trial, and a month after Sen. Rick Scott called on Trump to declare a national health emergency, here's what Trump was saying:
“And again, when you have 15 people, and the 15 within a couple of days is going to be down to close to zero, that’s a pretty good job we’ve done.”
If you don't believe he said that, here it is on video, along with other statements he made regarding the coronavirus:
Trump did not put a travel ban in place halting all travel from China. Americans were allowed to travel from China to the US. Trump was not rebuked by every Democrat on every social media platform and his travel ban was not called racist. If you're going to claim this is true, please show some of these statements. Biden made a general statement call Trump 'xenophobic', but he was not referring to the travel ban.
Here is a page with all of the facts regarding Trump's so-called travel ban:

From the above link:
None of the party’s congressional leaders and none of the Democratic candidates running for president have directly criticized that decision, though at least two Democrats have.
Here is an article with a video showing the conditions in an ER in a NYC hospital:

I'm not sure what point you're trying to make.
Over 11,000 Americans have now died from coronavirus. If the hospitals in NYC aren't overcrowded, does that somehow make it less bad? Do you really think the president couldn't have done any better than this?
Before we discuss this any further, please answer my question. Are you willing to accept facts that show Trump did not act properly in trying to contain this pandemic and prevent it from spreading, or are you going to insist that Trump did nothing wrong, and there is nothing more that he could have done, no matter what the facts are?
Do you accept these facts?
Republican Senator Rick Scott called for Trump to issue a national health emergency on Jan. 24.
On Feb. 26 Trump said, “And again, when you have 15 people, and the 15 within a couple of days is going to be down to close to zero, that’s a pretty good job we’ve done.”
Do you accept that none of the Democratic presidential candidates, Democratic leaders in Congress, or most Democrats rebuked Trump or called him a racist because of the travel ban, and if not will you provide examples of Democrats who did?
If you are going to keep denying Trump did anything wrong no matter what facts or evidence you are shown, then there is no point in having this discussion.
