    Default Ways to avoid/prevent Coronavirus

I wanted to start a thread for anyone who wants to share any suggestions for ways to avoid/prevent coronavirus. A few obvious ones:

Keep safe distance from other people.
    Wash your hands regularly.
If you have hand sanitizer, use it regularly.
Disinfect anything you touch regularly, such as doorknobs, flush handle on toilet, faucet handles on sink/shower, computer mouse and keyboard, cell phone screen, car door handle and steering wheel.
Mask and gloves if you have them or are able to get them.

Important to know - Plain soap and water kills it better and more thoroughly than anything.

    Here is why:

If you have kids, don’t let them outside unattended. I’ve been seeing lots of them in the neighborhood playing together and not worryain’t about social distancing.

If you see a mf coughing n sneezing .... leave!

Also if you HAVE to go wait n lines shopping at grocery store ALWAYS tote the rolling basket so you can use it as buffer if a joker has the gall to stand too close to you (clean your hands after touching it)

I literally run thru the grocery store grabbing shit on my list & dodging ppl like bullets LOL
Last week some assclown lady was coughing ALL over shit in Dollar Tree and luckily I was next aisle over (more than 6ft) coz I would've been right in line of fire of her stupid ass cough.

Also too, before entering any store I check & make sure there are zero or very short lines to limit exposure.
Wash my hands so much I need lotion now ugh but it's worth it.
I don't go out unless its an absolute must (food shortage)

I went into dollar tree a couple weeks ago when this first started and almost had a panic attack because as we all know damn near every Dollar tree will have 5 registers but only one open and long ass line

    Never again.....

Dollar tree does have the option to buy online and ship but the minimum quantity of an item is 12

Up your Vitamin D (and take magnesium with it). Vitamin D has been shown to help asthma and respiratory infections. "...vitamin D deficiency has been linked to respiratory infections such as pneumonia, tuberculosis and bronchitis."

Wash your hands. Stay inside as much as possible.

It's important for everyone to understand that without a vaccine, which is realistically 18 months away, at least eighty percent of the population is going to get COVID-19 at some point which will finally create what is called herd immunity. The reason we are social distancing to reduce the number of people who get it at once, which overwhelms the health care system and leads to ethical questions of do sicker people get ventilators when there are not enough, or people with better chance of recovery. It is unlikely people who have recovered will get it again, but it is not clear, so we are likely to be on lock down for a very long time.

Start making your own mask. Scarves work too. Don't be too proud or ashamed to wear them in public.

Luckily I was gifted with an n95 mask a month ago - didn’t want to wear it cause *Im* not sick but now I’m glad I have it just in case I have to go somewhere crowded, etc.

And once I realized how many cases daily n how many people dying ..... my embarrassment about wearing mask n gloves went right out the window
