Today I had this workout scheduled, but I wasn't in the mood beause I wanted to put more hours of work today, so I did it yesterday evening, in advance.
It's so easy for me to workout for 1 hour in a day, if I am splitting the workouts.
Anyway, this was a killer, because I used, heavy dummbellsI slept so deep and rested so well after this, that, I went to sleep at 12 AM, worrying I won't be able to wake up at 7, but guess who was up at 6 AM, with no allarm clock. Unbelievable haha!!
40 minutes lower body strenght workout, with a bit of burnout pilates at the end. Warm up and cooldown included. Intensity 4/5.

Thanks for your honesty! I was super quiet yesterday cause I felt sooo ashamed, I didnt work out at all either. Not cause of weather though, I just didnt do it *le sigh*
I wont be able to go out for a walk today cause the weather is trash at the moment, but I'll do a workout routine and / or get on my bike. Will do *something* I'll feel worse if I skip two days in a row.

Today's workout: 35 minutes of a stretching routine, perfect after 4 days of workout. Tomorow is my workout off day. Then Sunday I start a new week of workouts! Gonna keep posting here! I wanna complete 15 weeks of workout challenge.

ooo I'll join! I've got to the weight I want so it's just maintaining now - once the gym is open and I can do heavier lifts I'm gonna bulk to put on some muscle - aim is 4-5 work outs a week, I do body weight and dumbbells at home - thinking of making my 5th weekly work out yoga tho!

I pigged out yesterday so I did yoga. I need to go harder. I for the most part have been eating well the past few days.

Im struggling like mad here... I did go for a walk, but cant count it as a workout walk. At least I got outside and moved though...
Tomorrow Im planning to walk to the park for a properly social distanced with mask date LOL Its about a half hour there, so I figure I'll be walking at least 2 hours or so.That will make me feel better just getting out and doing a full on walk like that. and cause Im meeting someone, theres no way I'll flake out so tommorow is in the bag![]()

The extra credit challenge was a 20 minutes lower body pilates, for butt and tigh. I did it in the evening. The workout doesn't include warm up and cool down so, I had to do it before it.

Im go glad you're keeping up with everything!!! Its prompting me to get moving again. Its so easy for me to slip into lazy habits, thats what makes accountibility so important for me. I need to be guilt tripped into getting off my butt. Gah! lol
I did walk for about 2 hours yesterday though, during another socially distanced date. We even had quite a few treks up stairs. He was nice, but not my type at all. But at least it got me walking lol Will see the guy from Saturday again though
Now that the parks have opened up again, Im going to get back in the routine of walking there and back home. I've somehow still managed to lose about 3lbs this past week even though I feel like Im not doing a whole lot of anything and not eating that great, but maybe Im doing better than I think I am.

So far for the past two days I've been walking the neighborhood for 45 min a day. I'm planning on adding a second workout starting tomorrow and starting to eat a little better.

It was pretty good, I used heavy dummbells so I did sweat a lot. Being first day of period, I didn't push myself too hard on cardio, but I still had a good workout.

I did a 20 minute hip hop ride on my peloton, I was drenched in sweat so I took a bath. Ever since I started to work out and at least try to eat right I lost a pound , pretty good for such a short period of time.




well today started good I woke up and cleaned danced a little 20 min stretches then I rewarded myself with 1/2 a pizza. I dont know why I do this but at least its not a whole pizza this time.

I've been having a rough go of things, but y'all are being motivational. I got on my stationary bike for about 20m today, being really good with meals, just being really mindful of making good choices. My daughter usually takes my dog for walks, but Im going to start taking him or at least walking with her.
Just trying to work in some more lifestyle activities along with exercising.
