    Reminder Re: Accountability Support

I'm going to be doing a cardio dance workout today, and also try to go for an hour walk on the trail later. Trying to fig out why I feel "heavy" and "low energy" the last couple weeks. I think it may be the weight gain. It's a mental heaviness too, it might be due to overthinking/inconsistent routine & not knowing what's going to happen future.

I just keep my fat pictures handy. They're sufficient motivation when I don't want to exercise or have bad food thoughts.

I'm proud of myself, have crammed in a lot of workout time in the past 3 days.

I'll go do another after I log off of here. Now I am surprised I even dragged my feet to double up my workouts, I feel good and my skin is glowing.

In the past 2 days I only walked. 1 hour at a medium- fast pace, burning about 300 calories. I will start running soon, alternating walking with running, in 1 hour sessions, since I am convinced I'd screw my knees or cramp my muscles, if I start running for an hour right away...

Today's workout: 35 minutes of upper body strenght.
I finally understood how to burn arm fat, because my muscles have grown, the fat didn't melt and now my shirts are squeezing my biceps: Lighter dummbells and more reps.
I was doing the muscle building routine so far, by doing 10 reps with heavy weights.
Thankfully, I did read on Fitessblender about this advice, on the description of one of their upper body strenght workout videos and they told about this technique, if I am looking for fat burn and not mass building.

With that being said, I am glad I didn't sell my old light dummbells (2 lb and 3 lb- undortunately i sold the 1 lb ones ugh) and today, while Kelli was doing like 10 reps, I was doing 20- 25 ish with lighter dummbells, at a faster pace. And in the end, my arms are burning like hell, haha!

I also did 12 minutes of Hiit (I skipped the cooldown in the video, because the upper body one has warmup and cooldown) https://www.fitnessblender.com/video...or-busy-people

And 10 minutes of Abs routine: https://www.fitnessblender.com/video...-toned-stomach

    Today's workout: 1000 calorie workout!!!
Yesss, 84 minutes of hell, I'd say, but not really. I have AC in the living room, the workout has decent breaks and Kelli is doing the easy/ low impact version, while Daniel is doing the hard one. So, it was actually good and not that hard, even a medium beginner can do it.
My fitbit shown 600 calories burned so, yeah, it was awesome!

Yesterday's workout (I did it after 12 AM, so Fitbit counted it as a today workout, ugh):
    85 minutes (woohoo) in total:

    - 5 minutes warm up https://www.fitnessblender.com/video...arm-up-workout
    - 15 minutes of Hiit https://www.fitnessblender.com/video...h-no-equipment
    - 15 minutes of abs https://www.fitnessblender.com/video...hout-equipment
    - 18 minutes of leg slimming& butt lifting pilates https://www.fitnessblender.com/video...-thigh-workout
    - 27 minutes of lower body strenght (it also includes a 5 min warm up, I did it, cuz it was easy. The workout overall is short, because it has an almost 10 minutes cooldown& stretch at the end) https://www.fitnessblender.com/video...and-great-legs

Burned 435 calories, took it slowly, drank water, had plenty of 1-2 minute breaks between the workouts. It went quick actually ))

Today's workout: 44 minutes of upper body supersets
I will pause the view right after the warm up and do this 22 minutes bodyweight upper body workout https://www.fitnessblender.com/video...r-back-workout

My fitbit will yell, since it already counted the last night's workout as today's workout. I am a little pissed because i does count only one day, instead of 2, but it doesn't matter, it happens sometimes, the results are still there.

Later edit: The second video I will do after work. Too hot outside, even with AC on, to be able to resist in one go, today.

Wrote my workout plan out for strength training using resistance bands. Yesterday morning was upperbody.
Going for MWF for strength training, and off days cardio, walking or yoga.

I too have slacked off for the past week.
Since Sunday I had been trying to get back into it.
I couldn't bring myself to do it, it was so hot and also
I did allow myself to wait until I really feel like it. B/c
I know it's cool to give myrself a break after a long period of being disciplined
Also I had nothing to work out for - no place to go ,except for grocery store,
    so who cares.
However today I was able to get some squats in. I am slowly moving forward
I don't want to burn out, so I decided to just do a little of whatever I felt like today.
I may also go for a walk later tonight when it cools down. If not, who cares

Today's workout: 55 minutes of low impact
Damn, no jumping/ running/ cardio, barely sweating, but it burned my muscles Lots of balance workouts that use every muscle and make you realise how strong the muscles need to be, ha!
The actual workout is 40 minutes, the rest of 15 minutes is warm up and cool down.

I joined bodybuilding.com and am doing there 12 week program. Lots of mods since I’m working out form home-still worried about picking up corona at the gym. I gain 10 lbs! That’s a lot for me. How can I blame myself with the gym closed. I’ve wanted to go back to the gym really bad with mask and gloves, but I would hate myself if got sick for something so vain.

Anyways, I’m starting Monday. Wish me luck.

Haven't worked out in 5 days, but I was pretty active overall and watched my diet, so, I'm good.
I have also been gone for 3 days at the country side, to visit my grandparents.

Today I am too tired, but I might workout a little, if not, coming back to my usual routine from tomorow.

Good luck! You can do it! You can check the clips i am posting here, from fitnessblender. Trust me, you can get lean at home, you don't really need gym.
Indeed, I'd go to gym to have access to a treadmill, since I don't have enough space for it in the apartament, but I am replacing that with more cardio/ Hiit and try to go for a run in the park.

Today's workout: 1 hour of strenght, bit of cardio and posture workouts.

25 minutes of Tank Top Arms workout (Did only 20 minutes of it, because I skipped the cooldown, since I did something else at the end)

10 minutes of fast& slow cardio. Interesting and gonna try again when I don't have much time to workout. It alternates the slow and fast version of various cardio moves (example: marching in place, vs high knees).
    https://www.fitnessblender.com/video...cardio-workout

11 minutes of abs, butt and thights workout
    https://www.fitnessblender.com/video...pt-and-stretch

17 minutes of better posture workout (this one included a cooldown as well, that's why i skipped the cool down in the video above)

I did okay. I had a few times I fell off the wagon, but did pretty good for my first week. I went to the gym in my apartment and there were a lot of people. I kinda felt like I might as well go to the gym. I bought a better mask and workout gloves. I’m still weighing the pros and cons.

I did really good in the beginning and then towards the end of the week I backslid-which it’s progress not perfection.

    Ready for another week.
