Are you in the USA?
What commissioner?..
They stole from you & destroyed your property, video'd it & sent you pics of it, then sent you the (see my post above this) that FB message?
Did you report them to FB?
Do you have any records of anything from living there? Receipts from rent, mail you received at that address, etc.
It sounds like you were also illegally evicted.
I'd talk to someone in legal field & if you can't afford attorney, you can at least get a free consultation, or there's free legal aid (staffed by volunteer lawyers) usually they work by phone consultation once a week. Search online....
I previously belonged to a lawyers group, they help people that can't afford private attorneys.
I paid a monthly fee, there's some stuff they can't help with, but I had them help me w/a couple different issues.
& NO, it's never 'anyone's job' to destroy some one's property, that was stolen .
I would ask an attorney about the sister's place of employment allowing this.
If this 's in another country other than the USA, Idk.?
Best of luck to you.

Sure, but if they lose, they can just fucking ignore it. It wasn't an actual Judge that issued that ruling. And sure, she's been on TV, and got a payday (Not much), but the injured party is still out there injured.
Is anyone out there actually stupid enough to really believe Jerry Springer is a JUDGE? Or Judge Judy? Come on, man! You're smarter than that.

Sue your roommate, her sister, and the company her sister works for in small claims. Also, file a complaint with the district attorney or municipal court prosecutor. (Which one depends on the aggregate value of the damaged property.)
It is obvious that the non-roommate sister was aiding and abetting and in conspiracy with the roommate sister. By suing the sister, you will be able to call her up to the stand at trial. Simple question to the sister, "You knew these items did not belong to your sister." I assume she will admit they did not belong to the sister. "And, you did not get the consent of the owner before destroying this property, did you? In fact, you are laughing with your sister in the video as if this is a joke to both of you."
The 'deep pockets' is the company. On the upside, they will probably make you an offer just to settle and not go to court. They will be very embarrassed that an employee of theirs was involved in these kinds of shenanigans and will probably fire her and quietly settle with you. On the downside, they have attorneys (provided through their insurance) and may file aggressive motions to get the case dismissed.
If you lose against the company, but, prevail against one or both sisters, and if they own no property that you can attach or garnish (i.e., use legal process to take the property to pay your judgment), you can get a judgment lien against them. Ask the court how to do it, but, it usually involves filing an abstract (summary) of the judgment with the lien records of the county and they probably have simple forms for that. The judgment lien is reported on their credit and can complicate getting loans. Then, just wait until the day the need to clean up their credit and call you asking to settle up.

I'm not sure, but I believe a dancer would be considered an independent contractor.

Respondeat Superior
Primary tabs
Overview
A legal doctrine, most commonly used in tort, that holds an employer or principal legally responsible for the wrongful acts of an employee or agent, if such acts occur within the scope of the employment or agency. Typically when respondeat superior is invoked, a plaintiff will look to hold both the employer and the employee liable. As such, a court will generally look to the doctrine of joint and several liability when assigning damages.

Yes. ^ Please see below :
Please read what I quoted. Also, what Jack said.
You need legal advice, I listed a couple of options for you, to get it at low cost.
Id go w/the group legal assistance. Google around for one you can go with I worked with mine previously by phone & mail.
Or, try a free legal aid in your area. It may take a while to get in touch.
Starting to question this thread, you are being given good advice, but you keep reiterating your story.
We get it, it sucks.
. If you want to actually do something try one of the suggestions given to you.
Yes, the pandemic has messed up a lot of things, including court I'd still pursue it.
Good luck.

Fiat justitia, pereat mundus.
BTW, while we are on the subject, is it needed to point out the obvious: That it is just possible that if you are willing to judge the worth of someone simply by what you read on a website about them it might say a whole hell of a lot more about you than it says about the person you are judging?

You can't get blood out of a turnip, or cash out of a broke ass [insert favorite pejorative].
If either or both of them have nothing of value, you are unlikely ever collect a dime. Just submit it to court tv shows. This is still the age of "Jerry Springer" styple reality TV. If its licentious and scandalous it makes the cut. it Two dancers suing each other is great TV. Someone is likely to latch onto it and you get paid.
