I have recently gained weight due to having a day job,bad snacking and just no real workout to speak of. I have my treadmill back which is a plus ..but I still dont have weights/ cannot afford them until I make commision on my day job finally. I have tried a few workout solutions and I feel like I am not seeing results like I want to. My cellulite has gone down some but not completely ..but my thighs touching and my saddle bags sticking out is not what I envision for myself. Anyone have some advice?
