    Question Music to workout to?

I dont know if this should go into body den or here ...but what are your favorite songs or tracks to listen to?

It depends for me but I recently found Snowthaproduct and she is really good hype music for working out and of course i listen to all the 90s early 2000s hip hop. So it made me wonder. What do other people listen too?

All you had to do was come to the club I worked at when I was working there. Especially when I had my regular who paid handsomely to watch high intensity pole shows with heavy music.

For working out, the Sodom album “M-16” was always a good one for me. Though at the gym I’d have to be careful not to start singing aloud, lest others wonder what the hell is going on when I start singing, “Free fire zone with my M16…”

Amazon has quite a few choices, Power Music Workout, songs like Fireball. No Roots ...

One of my favorite “rage workout” albums.

I work out best to metal music…my latest obsession is the band King 810, they are awwweeesomeee! They’re more modern, they’ve been around for the last 10 years or so and had newer stuff out recently. But man they are good, very intense and hardcore but rhythmic and sexy at the same time. That’s so rare in this day and age to find good rock music unfortunately…it’s a dying genre
