    Default I just started on SM a couple of weeks ago,

    and they say that my payments are on hold. I know that every few days I get a notice at the top of my page to choose a way to get paid and I have already done that...does anybody know what id wrong...thank you!

    Oh probably a paper work issue. I wouldn’t sweat it. You can e-mail Liz. Do you direct deposit?

    You know they wait three weeks before sending your first check out? Is your account on hold or just your check? Work week is Sunday through Sat and you get your the next Thursday. When you're new they have a three week hold I assume to prevent fraud before sending your first check out.

    O,ok I didn't know..I just know that it keeps telling me that I need to choose a way to get paid.

    You need to make sure you have payment info. I have it electronically transferred but you can just do regular mail

    They are probably busy with new accounts. They usually get back to me. They can be slow,
