    Crossfingers Opinions on this, Pls!

    https://www.ulta.com/bleach-please-c...pimprod2018256

So, it's a new kit on ulta .

I'm already using box dye for my roots/base color, am happy w/results..
I previously used the sun to lighten doesn't give enough lift. Please, don't send me to Sally's. I'm a simple bitch, hence the box dye (love the result tho.)
    I also am done w/salons.

I'd be doing foils, btw, highlights.
    Thank you!

I agree, but I tend to be clumsy with things like that so I usually let my hairdresser take care of it..

It’s cheap so I’d give it a try

I'd try it, but with lightening, I always advise you find a beauty school student or a hairdresser that will give a discount to do it for you. It's so easy to destroy hair when lifting it drastically.

You can try it but bleaching your hair yourself can be disastrous. When I was 16 I bleached my own hair in an attempt to give myself highlights. Not only did my hair look the color of grass that had been killed by dog piss but the texture was straw-like too. Proceed with caution and I suggest using some kind of moisturizing conditioner or treatment after.

    Lol @ ur description, Wendi!

I was looking at my hair, I think it looks pretty good, like I said, the root touch ups are good w/the box dye..

Even w/my hairdresser doing highlights, using Olaplex, it's very hard on my hair. Plus the length

It's ombre right now, not the worst thing really. It's a soft light brown, going into the blond highlights toward mid length & down

    But, thanks for the comments.

I'm very tempted because dying my hair blue is really high on the to do list but uff, 35 volume developer is pretty heavy duty depending on your hair color/whether it's been dyed before.
