Default Pole Dancing after a Butt Lift

I’m getting a bbl soon and I’m wondering how long do I have to stay away from the pole and did any of you guys feel any difference when you started dancing again.

i already plan on taking 6 weeks off of work and when I do go back I’ll be focusing on champagne rooms. But I love stage and I love death dropping on a pole.

You're going to be sore and your skin is going to be sensitive even after 6 weeks. Some drs advise not to even sit yet at that stage.

I would say at least 2 months. I was my sisters nurse when she got hers. Drove her to Miami from ATL, wipes her ass, changed dressings, administered shots etc..... if you wanna he’s faster make sure your “hemoglobin” (she kept mentioning that) is high and make sure to get your massages.

Yes, Lots of massages. You need to take off at LEAST 6 weeks. No less.

Girlllllll.... trust me. After a BBL, hopping on a pole is going to be the LAST thing on your mind. It’s like minimum 6 weeks before you can even sit down. You’ll be bruised and bloody and healing. I didn’t even feel normal until like 4 months after.

Just focus on healing. Read up on all the materials the doctor gave you. And follow all of the doctor’s guidelines exactly. You’ll heal faster and have the best results.

Once you’re healed up enough to go back to work, I’d personally just walk around and look cute. Take it easy. You’ll have a new ass so you probably won’t have to do a lot of work to make money. Lol. Don’t rush getting back to doing crazy pole tricks. Try not to underestimate the seriousness of a BBL. Although elective, it’s major surgery and should be treated as such.

If you take good care of yourself, you be back at 100% in the club in no time.
