Default How are customers behaving after re-opening?

I've decided to bite the bullet and go back, at least on slow nights to hopefully mitigate the chances of getting sick. For those of you who have been back to work, I'm curious how the customers are? Are they behaving better or worse? Arguing about masks or club rules or increased prices?

The clubs here have gotten rid of $10 floor dances and the only options are VIPs. My club's cheapest option is now $30/song, 2 song minimum. I can see on one hand that might be good but I can also hear the whining and bitching now.

Also wondering how they're acting about masks. I have zero intention of taking my mask off while in the building, period. Unfortunately, most of the other girls seem to be ripping theirs off as soon as they're seated with guys. Is anyone else staying masked and having significant trouble with guys complaining about it? Or are they accepting masked dances given the situation?

*If you're one of the couple girls that's just going to respond and tell me some covid conspiracy theory bullshit, save your breath and DON'T COMMENT, you're an idiot and I don't want to hear it*

The total customer count has definitely been lower at my club lately. Mostly I’ve been kept afloat from regulars who make an appointment ahead of time. Probably only going to bother going in 1-2x per week the rest of the year. Last shift didn’t deal with anyone I didn’t know but I also didn’t really receive much in the way of stage tops so that probably says plenty.

In my area, masks may not be liked by some, but people are good at following it and not expecting the rules broken. My club in particular is a stickler about masks though. Masks during dances are strictly enforced and a manager/bouncer will interrupt if either dancer or customer doesn’t wear it. And there’s threats of being kicked out of the club of rules are broken. But my club is one of the few that didn’t get shut back down again after re-opening.

As far as wearing masks at tables with customers, that is something that the club goes back-and-fourth on enforcing. Sometimes it’s okay, sometimes it’s not.

Def lower. Some regulars are very happy to see us. I've noticed more of the younger customers still come in.

I went last night. I was definitely the only girl who wore a mask the whole night. They are so lax about it it's not even funny - you can take it off for stages, when sitting with a guy and when dancing for one... So basically just put it on to move between places. That doesn't make me happy.

I still got tipped on stage equally and made some cash off the one guy I bothered to sit with. He didn't hassle me about taking my mask off until he got drunker and then it became constant "take it off? please?" I pulled it aside for like 10 seconds a few times and that made me uncomfortable enough I won't do it again. I had one other guy get all "You know that doesn't protect you right" but he dropped it after I told him that's not true & I'm not going to argue about it.

A different club here lost their liquor license a few days ago so I will be very curious if that means the dept of health is making rounds & checking out clubs...

I think it def happens were the health department is making rounds. But I've heard some cities are choosing places they know are issues & don't make enough tax revenue. If a place has crime issues/violence they are more likely to get hit.
