    Default Diet pills

I know, diet pills are terrible for you. But the quarantine really messed me up and I've never been this big before. I'm just looking for something to take short term to jump start my weight loss journey.
Ten years ago I tried Lipo 6 black. It was amazing but they changed the formula and it doesn't work anymore. I'm just looking for something to surpress my appetite and put the extra pep in my step to rip through my workouts.

Best to just drink a lot of water (burns calories and makes you feel full) and fill your day with busy activities. Some of the diet pills are taxing on the heart. Felt like I was dying on the treadmill due to the increased heart rate when I wanted to shed pounds taking silly diet pills after foot surgery years ago. I lost about 6 pounds when I took a break from dancing and repaired my roof and even more weight when I painted my entire house. Kept my mind preoccupied. Maybe something like that would be an option.

Have you tried BCAAs? They aren't bad for you. They create a tingly feeling in your limbs that will make you want to exercise. You can buy pre-workout powders with or without caffeine, and they don't need to contain anything that'll blow out your liver to work properly - check out Transparent Labs online for their pre-workout powders. I've used the stimulant-free version in the past and liked it.

Do you have any thyroid issues? This is a natural product (Gaia Herbs Thyroid Support - see Amazon), but it does have more than just iodine in it. I suspected i was not getting daily iodine due to my largely vegetarian diet and only using sea salt to season, so i bought these. I only take one in the morning for a little thyroid boost, but you can take up to three a day. I feel like it helps significantly with my appetite - I'm someone who has a bottomless stomach and could eat any time of the day (thankfully i have a good metabolism and do exercise to keep that balanced), but this supplement seems to have given me back that concept of "I'm full." Which is nice.

As far as anything else... I'd say increase protein and fat, decrease sugar and processed foods... like, just get rid of some of the crap foods you have laying around, and replace them with better options. If you're hungry, drink a big glass of water and then eat a protein or fat (like chicken salad, avocado toast, whatever), and then eat the treat you were originally eyeing. Tell yourself you can have the treat after you give your body some nutrition. You'll probably eat less of the crap as a result.

Caffeine is a natural appetite suppressant. I can't do coffee because it gives me anxiety, but I'd say hit that up. And didn't Garcinia Cambogia supplements used to be a thing?

Good caffeinated tea is also a good alternative to coffee!

Yep. Quick fixes don't help. I learned the hard way for people who say NO. I tried it all. Nope.

I also wanted to add in one other idea. Juicing fresh veggies. (Not pasteurized veggie juice) Not the cheapest nor most time-efficient thing you can do. But holy cow the stuff has been lowering my appetite lately and I googled around and found out that was pretty common.

Senna pills can work, but they will make you need to go to the restroom more. Be warned.

Important warning- diet pills like Hydroxycut can make you sick if you have a heart murmur or suffer from anxiety. Word to the wise, if you feel sick when using those pills, stop.

Eat lots of celery. You burn more calories chewing it, than you intake. Stay away from junk food, alcoholic beverages, and soda. Do lots of cardio. I've found jumping rope to be the best workout for losing weight. Also, running is good. I would only use diet pills as a last resort. There are much healthier options for losing weight.

^All good tips, but i don't think she's looking for tips that involve self-discipline, lifestyle tips, etc. I think she's purely looking for fast results. No judgment, for real, that was just my impression.

I would just be concerned about any possible side effects, from taking diet pills. Here's what I could find:

Yeah, it's not my jam. But there are worse things out there. You know, like, meth.
