That’s a hard question to answer. If you are a hustler you can really make huge money. There are so many regular spenders here that do rooms / champagne etc. The cool thing about Flash clubs is the floor is also always busy. Even without rooms you can easily clear 1k just dancing if that’s your thing. I have had nights Ive made 20k in rooms. Day shift is way less crowded but a lot of regulars. Some “day girls” make more money than night girls. Hope this helps.

Agreed. I don't care for the vip at flash. The dancer cut is not worth my time. I rather stack dances. It was rare for me to get a costumer to do only one dance. Usually I get multiple dances in a row and flash set up made it easy to do. But it definitely a hustle factor is key

Honestly I’ve worked at Ricks / Sapphire and Hustler and Flash is by far the best I’ve been at.
The consistency here is always good.

So I’ve been working there as waitress and I can say from some girls I’ve talked to the average they make is like little less than 1000. Also I don’t think you make much for stage from what I’ve seen unless it’s peak hours on the weekends. The club isn’t that big and doesn’t seem stage focused. Just my tbh, but I know girls can make goood money in rooms and off dances thru the night but on the weekend it fills up which is good but also bad from my perspective cause it’s just on the wall seats of 2 walls that are used for dances and there isn’t room sometimes
