So I've been in NYC for the last month now & been walking min of around 2 miles a day. Why the hell are my knees & ankles so freaking sore & achy after I sit and rest for a few hours?!? I am still a bit heavier than I used to be in my stripping days. IS it bc I am so out of shape? I was hoping to be acclimated to all of this walking by now but no.
