Going back for boob job #2. I'm wondering how long I'll have to be out of the gym since the pockets are already there. Anyone have any experience?

Are you going bigger? Having the "internal bra"? I did both on my last(current).

I took 3 months off but it's bc he told me I had to wear the sports bra religiously for 3 months straight in order for them to heal properly. Taking 3 months off of work blew. I felt slight pulling in one of the stitches. It popped(they'rekinda too wide on my frame), so I want a redo although it doesn't look bad. But anyway. I only used my elliptical machine without doing the arm workout. It helped with faster healing, bc I got my blood flowing.

You should be able to resume your normal routine after 8-10 weeks

Tempest, as Kimbe says, 8-10 weeks will usually be enough time, we don’t recommend any less than 10 weeks in general for full body work out.
It all comes down to the nature of the procedure. Since this is not your first time, you’ll most likely be ably to get back to the gym quicker this time. Your CC’s, or more precisely, your increase in CC’s is what’s important.

When you start exercising, never do exercises that doesn’t feel comfortable, and always be aware of exercises that cause implant displacement! That’s a common issue, especially if your size is any bigger than 500-600 CC’s, and may cause the implants to permanently get displaced if such exercises are continued over time. You can see that on many bodybuilders. It’s no problem to avoid, just take care.
