    Number 2 i prob the most important one ( talkin about my experience )i paid for it, and now i try my best to get more sleep, even if it's really hard for me to still have a good sleep, byt if there one toxic habit on that vid i'd recomand u to follow, it's definitively number 2, sleep more !

    My biggest one is probably dwelling on the past :/ but I have made a lot of strides there and will keep going more in the future, then tackle procrastination next

    Try melatonin chews/liquid. It works quickly and leaves no hangover feeling. Good luck, babe.
