I just started working as a dancer about a month ago. The thing is, this club is SO strict, it's the only one in my town in southern Cal (just north of San Diego) and the management is always up our butt about everything. I have a steady flow of customers and a couple regulars already so I'm guessing what I make is comparable to the other girls, although we never talk about what we make. The girls are super nice which is a huge plus for me.
The thing is, my average is only about $250-300 take home. $250 has been my lowest, usually it's right around $350. One night I did make $650 though. We have to pay $30 house fee and tip out the bouncer and DJ 10%. Anyway, I feel that I'm not making much at all and keep hearing about dancers in Vegas, Hawaii or LA that leave with $2,000 a night. Needless to say, this makes my $300 look pretty pathetic. I don't do pole work, I work nights and there's no time to practice. I tried once and it was too hard. I'm worried that would make me not do well in a more successful club although the guys (at least where I'm at) love my look and talk about how kick ass my LD's are... ??? Does anyone know of any more successful clubs in the San Diego/north county area and what the girls are making there? Or should I stay where I am since the girls are nice (the management is nice too, just SO strict) and deal with what I'm making?

I thought it was pretty good considering Santa Maria is more of a town where kids grow up. I heard they had a really hard time putting the Spearmint Rhino in that town. Although I made good money there I don't think I'd ever work for a Spearmint Rhino again. They took too much of my money. :-/
I make over $200K but by the time Uncle Sam gets done with me Im lucky to net much over $100K. And thats working 70 hrs a week.I want your job LOL
