Hello everyone well i danced my first time yesterday and would love to share it and also a major qeustion.
i went into this place for an audition and ended up staying there 8 hours it was strictly stage dancing did not make shit for money but was good experiance. ok my qeustion is my knees they are so swollen and bruised and my inner thighs are also bruised from the pole how can that be prevented if at all? i hurt so bad today it is not even funny and also is dancing in a club where they do lap dances better?

But then you wouldn't be able to wear those fabulous heels! Eventually your body will get use to the pole and the floor work, it just takes time. I've been dancing 6 years and still have days when my legs are killing me. You might want to start working out if you don't already.
