This is probably a bit off-topic, but do you actually manage to make your rules stick Zofia? That sounds like a great way to have the contract, but I always got the impression club owners have the upper hand and a dancer who took your approach wouldn't be working too long.As an IC, I will provide whatever level of contact I feel is appropriate within the bounds of the law and there is not one thing you can do about it. You cannot fire me, nor fine me unless a performance penalty is specified in the contract. (I will not agree to any performance penalties beyond specified shifts and one stage appearance per hour, limited to six per sift.) I will 1099 you for all my payments to you and to any of your employees that are required in the contract.
