The Texas Pin-up Stripteuse!
Argh. I meant near impossible standards of beauty. But it's true. All of the images were computer generated.

"A lot of girls go out with me just to further their careers - damn Anthropologists" - Emo Philips

That is really interesting. I have a concept that I call "Flawed beauty". It is that in my opinion a woman is far more interesting and attractive if she is very beautiful but not quite perfect, know what I mean?
Example, a gorgeous woman with a slightly crooked nose. Or a pretty girl whose teeth are ever so slightly bucktoothed looking. To me perfection is very boring in a woman, if all the features are exactly symetrical that is not really very interesting, nor does it look natural.
I once had a girlfriend years ago. Very cute, little button nose, short, sexy thing, with HUGE brown eyes, and a saucy personality etc, very cute as I said. But one day after we knew each other she told me a secret.
She had had a disease as a kid, (polio I think, not sure), and the left side of her face was slightly smaller than the right side, her eye, and so forth were not quite symetrical. It was so slight that I had never noticed but once I did, I realized it only made her cuter. And it made her self concious so go figure. Society definitely has some strange ideals they put on us don't they?
Anyone with a memory should be very humble.
My ex girlfriend was the epitome of this example you speak of xmarx - big greek nose, too large of a mouth teeth slightly crooked (but white as snow) combined with exotic ice green eyes with black lashes and hair if you took away any one fault the whole look fell apart - combined she was the most unusually beautiful woman I ever had the pleasure (heh heh).
I too look for something off - not a fan of picture perfect - need an angle a hook an edge a 'something' that sets you apart in ones individual appearance.
That ivory snow look or cover girl stuff is not only forgettable but bland boring and uninteresting. Kinda like the GAP clothing store to me...lol.
I was always the one that went for the odd shot - the quirk, what others (the masses) found attractive I tended to glaze past, and see the beauty in the individual whose energies spoke of that it seemed only I could hear. Listen to me gettin all flaky on ya - LOL!!
Guess what Im saying is uh ya I agree.
LOL!

Never explain yourself to anyone, because the person who likes you doesn't need it and the person that dislikes you won't believe it.

I am with you on this Leigh.
When I watch movies sometimes and there are two perfect "Hollywood blondes" in the movie, I will have trouble keeping them straight, know what I mean? "Was that the sister or the mistress that just shot the guy?" LOL
But you never confuse Sarah Jessica Parker with another blonde do you?![]()

You know they've done scientific studies on why people see certain characteristics as being appealing. Such characteristics such as symetry, thinness of lips , wide hips where signs of other genetic desirabilities of the species and for most , the reasons are now obsolete. The thinness of the indicated low testosterine levels in the individual and width of the hips was a very important feature for survival considering before the advent of the Cesarian as high as 40% of the babies died at childbirth because their heads could not pass through the pelvis. There are now drugs that can lower a womans testosterone levels. Despite the advents ,we are still geneticly predispositioned to seek those characteristics.
Sure, men look for females who appear fertile to keep the species alive. Nice hips are a fertile sign for a man. As is youth! I see this as making sense. Women (some still) will seek out a man who can provide for her. Men want fertile women. They may not know it, but these are the attributes that attract a male upon sight. Hips, youth, wide eyes, etc.
However, we have changed some, society has a way of making this happen. And older women are also in demand, since we seem to have alot more men working longer hours, and the women working too, no time to even have sex!
Ok, i know what i meant!

Some things I always found strange in the perceived notion of beauty subject is the hips and large breast thing but only if a woman is thin...... I mean aren't breasts mostly fat? It is pretty unusual to find thin women with larger than a C and natural. So the idea of big boobs and really thin just doesn't make sense :-/
And another thing I find odd. Men often say they wish women had a higher sex drive. But a persons sex drive is directly related to testosterone levels. However women with higher than average testosterone will have more body hair and/or more frequent acne breakouts than a woman with average testosterone levels, but both those characteristics are considered unattractive.
So weird......
